We had a great experience staying in this lovely apartment. The host was easy to contact and answered all our questions. It was especially nice to receive a personal welcome from her and her husband the day after we arrived. Check-in and check-out was effortless. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to be able to make meals during our stay. It was conveniently located within a short distance from the Moscow and Pullman dowtown areas. We would definetly consider staying there again.
This apartment was exactly as described. It was super cute and had all of the amenities we could want. The host was very communicative and even helped us with a last minute change. We highly recommend.
Needed a place to stay for “Parents Weekend” in Pullman. Nice location and close to downtown Moscow and the main drag. Hosts were very welcoming and the apartment had everything we needed. Best part was how quiet it was. For someone who travels a lot, this can be the top of the list.would book here again for sure.
Great little apartment for a weekend with three people.
We really enjoyed our stay, this was a very clean and perfect size for us. The host was very quick to answer the few questions we had about a couple things . We will definitely stay again while visiting our daughter at college in Moscow. Thanks again for a pleasant experience.
Great location, close to everything. TONS of space!!! The owners were awesome and checked on our stay a few different times....will definitely stay here again!!
This apartment was perfect for our visit to Moscow to see our daughter who attends the University of Idaho. The host messaged us ahead of time to see if we'd be needing a twin bed set up for our stay. This worked out perfectly since we wound up needing to bring our son last minute. Everything is a quick drive or walk away which made it super convenient.
My husband and I stayed at Beth’s apartment during graduation weekend. It was a delight! She is a great host and was very responsive. Her home is so pretty and the neighborhood is too. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. I would highly recommend it! Things of note: there are steps down to the door as described in the listing; there is a pretty park just down the street; the apartment is fresh and clean but not luxury finishes. All of this was absolutely as expected and as described. A final note - the outdoor shared patio was perfect for us and we felt like it was our private space.
Easy and convenient stay for us… Went to 2day Grace Agenda conference hosted by Christ church in Moscow for my first time, and i was pretty blown away by the church. They close the whole downtown for a block party at the end of a very informative conference and feed anyone and everyone down there for free. This apartment was within walking distance of a couple events and less then 10 min drive from others. Worked out great for us.

I'm sorry you felt we were unfair and mean.
The pullout couch worked perfectly as we had just purchased and tested it out before you arrived. It was incredibly bent, damaged and incapable of going back into the couch after you left. If you thought there was something wrong, you could have contacted us, as we live above and would have been happy to help with anything. I asked for extra compensation for the broken couch as well as adding more people, as you only booked 2 people and showed up with 4.
Beth was a joy to communicate with. Very sweet and accommodating. The location was good- a nice neighborhood just outside Moscow. It isn’t in the main part of downtown but a short drive from it. The houses nearby were beautiful craftsman-style historic homes. We enjoyed walking around. The apartment was very clean. Because it’s a basement, we could hear noise upstairs. There sounded like there was a young child there while we were. It wasn’t horrible though. Last minute, we ended up having both of our daughters with us. They set up a twin bed in the living room, which was great. The only downside was that the bathroom was through our bedroom, so the kids had to walk through our room to get to it. There are two very friendly kitties and we enjoyed their greetings each day. Overall it was a nice stay!

Percussion Basement
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP!
I have stayed at VRBO's across the nation and abroad but never have I left before my stay ended until now. And never have I left a bad review until now.
The basement apartment is dull and dingy with "LOUD" stomping from above. I complained one night at 9:30pm and another at 10:30pm of loud walking/running and dropping of items from above. The property owner presented to be clueless and couldn't understand what I was talking about.
I endured the noises day after day and into the night for 7 days, and the property owner told me, "no one has complained before, what noises are you hearing?" This statement made me feel like I was exaggerating or lying for that matter. I knew walking in their house above the basement was totally unavoidable but figured there was no solution to the problem. So, I asked for a refund.
However, to pay over $2000 for a month and refunded a bit over $700 for staying barely 7 days was a total rip off. I was responsible for a cleaning fee, other fees and taxes. To be fair, the owner should have covered those expenses. I lost sleep and a chunk of money. I am hoping the people who read this review don't fall prey.
Also, you have to park your car on the street, if the owner has guests, then you park down the street. The TV doesn't work, no I didn't complain about the TV, because I just didn't.
The best thing I can say about the percussion basement is the heating was good.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us.
Nobody has complained like this before and we share in our listing that we live upstairs, which could mean a few noises here and there. We are not running around at night, but did apologize the first night when we could have dropped something and you texted us about that.
Our listing clearly states there is free street parking available.
VRBO customer service told me I did not need to refund you anything. It was completely my choice. I refunded you the remaining days from my own payout, and took a loss because you booked the whole month during the holidays and it left my calendar booked up and unavailable for anyone else to book.
After reading your review, I checked on the TV and it works just fine, Had we known you were having a problem with it, we would have been happy to address it.
The lack of locks (on the apartment side) on the two interior doors leading to the main home did not provide a sense of privacy or security.Suggest adding locks for your visitors.
We went to Moscow to attend our daughters graduation from the U of I. House was very close to town and very private. Heard a tiny bit of noise upstairs, but not nearly what we hear at a hotel. Beth was great! Excellent communication!!
