This is a historic property built in 1851 that I have just recently finished renovating using every reclaimed piece of heart pine, tin, and old slate that I could re-use or find. It is very impressive to see. I think you would enjoy.
This rental is for two separate suites that are adjoining. The suites share a spacious front porch with brand new porch furniture for you to relax and read a book or just watch the coming and going of the neighborhood. Suite A is a a two bedroom, one bath with a full kitchen and dining area that can seat four. Suite B is a three bedroom, two bath with a full kitchen and dining area that will seat six.
I am three blocks from King Street. Cannon Street dead ends into King where you would be right in the middle of all the activity - many nice restaurants such as The Darling, the Grocery, Ordinary, Indaco, good places to have drinks like Stars, the Belmont, Dispensary, Prohibition. There are also great niche restaurants closer than King Street. Pick the experience - fine dining to relaxed outdoor dining, it is here. You could look up Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Fuel, Goulette. Since Cannon Street (and Spring Street) are the only legal areas in the city to host an AirBnb in Charleston, you will be in good company here.
In addition to the wired and wifi internet connection, the two Samsung smart televisions have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Video apps ready for you to watch if a night in is on the menu.
