Saint Philip Square is an award-winning collection of 6 historic buildings meticulously curated to enhance your stay in Charleston. “M3” is one of seventeen unique rentals. The grounds feature outdoor garden areas with fountains, dining areas, fire tables and barbecues. In the evenings, this oasis sparkles with outdoor lighting, making it the perfect place for nightcaps after a day of exploring.
This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated “dependency” or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, standing seam copper roof, copper guttering, original moldings, plasterwork, old glass windows, and solid panel doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. This is the real deal!

Such a wonderful place and EXCELLENT location!!! Steps away from king street shopping and bars. The property was gorgeous and the place was so clean and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough! We also used the free access to the Wonderer and had such a fun pool day, I definitely recommend!
Stayed here with family, including children. Perfect amount of space for us and a plus that everyone had their own bathroom. Location is great, very walkable and easy parking. Property Management quick to respond as we had a question on check in. Comfortable beds and had everything we would need.

Outside area is beautiful, nice oasis in summer heat. Four bathrooms help with gettimg ready in morning. Very well stocked kitchen and baths. Quick walk to free dash trolly, ice cream and bagels! We loved our stay!

My girlfriends and I had the best time for our bachelorette weekend in Charleston! The place is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the city walkable to just about anything. We’d definitely recommend it!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and modern with a lovely old house feel. Plenty of dishes. The property as well lighted. Would definitely stay here again. Only comment, the upstairs bedroom/bath with the twin beds could use a mirror. Aside from that, perfect!

8 of us came to town for a wedding. This was the perfect place to call home. Each of the 4 bedrooms had a bathroom which was important as we all had to get ready for the event. The location was excellent.
We rented this place for a bachelorette party (30 year olds) and the location is perfect! Very walkable to king st for shopping/dinner/going out. Easy Uber ride to/from the beach and airport. They had everything you would need in the kitchen and the air conditioning worked VERY well for a trip in the humid summertime. Would stay here again without hesitation!
We had such a great time during our stay! The property was everything we had expected it to be (and more)! The towels, beds, dishes and all amenities provided were top notch. The layout was great for our group of 8. Jamie was very easy to get in touch with, and we had more than enough of everything we needed (trash bags, paper towel, etc.). The location was great as well, close to downtown! A very walkable area. Would 100% stay here again!

Great little place on upper King St., just a block or two from the shops and restaurants. It was perfect for the six of us! The bathrooms are small, but plenty functional - I was impressed with the use of space. Would gladly return!
Stayed with my husband, my parents, sister and brother-in-law and adult niece for a family wedding on King Street. Great location, plenty of room. Wi-Fi was pretty spotty, but everything else was pretty good.

Our family came into town to celebrate our nieces wedding. The house was perfect for our family with a great layout and sufficient bathrooms. It was also so convenient to walk to King Street. We loved hanging out on the balcony too. It’s a beautiful home.

CofC Graduation stay with family. Unit was listing accurate, nicely appointed, clean, convenient location to King St, shops and restaurants. Courtyards and grounds were lovely. Would definitely return.
We had a girls trip with five best friends, and this place was absolutely perfect for us. They literally thought of everything - from extra batteries to dishwasher and laundry pods, plus both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig (thankfully, I’m a drip-coffee person, so that made my morning!).The home was cozy, spotless, and so well designed. Every inch of space was utilized efficiently, yet it still felt warm and charming. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the showers and tile work were beautiful, and the decor had such thoughtful touches throughout.This isn’t where you go for “luxury,” but it truly feels special - clean, comfortable, and inviting. The location was great, the home had everything we needed, and we all agreed: it’ll be hard to find another rental that meets this standard. The bar is officially set high! Highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

SPS is in the heart of the upper King vibrant "happening" part of town. The location cannot be beat. We are one short block from King St but we are also only 1/3 mile to Calhoun St. Many properties you see in this neighborhood are actually a lot further away. than you might see. When you enjoy a drink on the porch, then walk around the corner to a fabulous restaurant, you quickly realize you have made the best choice.
We have historic properties in a contained area--charming authentic Charleston houses. We have carefully selected each item in each dwelling for its beauty, function and quality. We wanted to offer a taste of Charleston--beautiful mantels and porches with a few of our favorite antiques. But we are also open to new, modern ideas and have introduced them with the advice of our professional designer. But always we have tired to keep these properties personal, real, comfortable, interesting, stylish and "cool". We are excited to be offering this space for short term rental.
