The home is a 5 minute drive to the beach and has four bedrooms and two FULL bathrooms (this bedroom count INCLUDES the poolside guest bungalow)!


Walk through the front door and expect EVERYONE to be overwhelmed with the open concept and beauty of this professionally decorated home. The blush white lotus wallpaper in the living room is TO DIE FOR! It is not the easiest to photograph but in person it is nothing less than stunning! If you are big into social media, this home will have an IG-worthy backdrop in every room! You'll be busy snapping content throughout your stay!


You’ll enjoy having multiple sitting areas both inside AND multiple sitting areas outside, which makes this home ideal for large groups. We have SEVEN Smart TVs with wireless internet so everywhere you turn at this property, you are able to turn on a tv to watch your favorite shows and/or stream music!

POOLSIDE GUEST BUNGALOW
The poolside guest bungalow has a full size bed, a smart tv, a wall heater and a window air unit. The guest bungalow does NOT have its own bathroom--guests that stay overnight in the bungalow will be steps away from an exterior door that leads you inside to a full bathroom.

✿The guest bungalow is a tropical "glamping" experience but it is not appropriate for all ages. Please consider this if you have a large guest count and you need to utilize the guest bungalow for sleeping arrangements.
✿ Once again, the bungalow IS INCLUDED in the bedroom count. Which means this home has 3 interior bedrooms and the bungalow is counted as the fourth "bedroom". It's a great spot to enjoy--but again, maybe not for everyone!


LOCATION OF HOME:
Enjoy the best of both worlds on your vacation—-sunny, sandy beaches and a saltwater pool! You have many beach options to choose from. Madeira Beach is the closest at just 6 minutes from the home. Minutes from shopping and restaurants and Downtown St Pete is less than 30 minutes.


OUTSIDE COVERED SPACE:
There are TWO outside covered seating areas to choose from. The large tiki cabana lounge has its own beverage refrigerator and bar seating for 8 guests---perfect for a cocktail or outdoor dining. As you step outside the den of the home, there is another covered sitting area. We provide a propane grill and a picnic table adjacent to this. Having outside COVERED space is crucial in Florida during those warmer months.


OPTION TO HEAT POOL: Available Oct-April only! An optional heated pool can be applied for $30/night. The pool is a saltwater pool and is professionally serviced twice a week.


PETS:
Pets must be approved in advance of booking this home and they must be noted in your guest count. Cats are strictly prohibited. Fee for dogs is $150, which covers up to two dogs. Emotional support animals must be included in guest count and are subject to the pet fee.


BABY EQUIPMENT:
Upon request, we use a local pack-n-play rental service. Their cost for rental/delivery is $35 per week. If you need additional baby rental items, Baby Quip offers 10% off for our guests.
