Located 10 minutes from the Sea-Tac International Airport, 25 minutes to Seattle-Downtown. Clean, Newly renovated, has a kitchenette, extra large bedroom with seating area, bathroom with walk in shower. Living space has a Fire Place and 65 in TV.
Plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping centers and the malls . 3 min drive to the Light Link Train Station to Tacoma/ Lakewood - Everett via Sounder Train
Netflix, Free Wi-Fi , Washer/ Dryer in unit. . Approx. 900sq Foot. Parking Available.
Owner is currently living in and renting the place once booking is confirmed. .
Easy access from Sea-Tac Airport to Downtown Seattle (20-25 minute drive) You’ll love my place because of it's ambiance, the neighborhood, easy access to freeways, and the outdoors space. Close to shopping centers and the South Center Mall. The place is great for couples, business travelers or for quite time for relaxing.

I also have a 2 yo niece and a 15 yo nephew. I have lived most of my life in this state. I enjoy the northwest weather and fresh air.
