Balcony with, 180-degree stunning waterfront. Clean lake to swim or fish. It’s 850sqft, just completely remodeled in November of 2019. It has a modern Swedish cottage interior design so beautifully.
This property is very purposeful for three simple reasons, 1. its (2.7mi) drive to the SeaTac Airport, 2, (1min) to the freeway entrance and 3. waterfront beauty. Private road entrance, with separate entry, 4 Blocks From Angle Lake Light Rail Station With Service To SeaTac Intl Airport, Downtown Seattle, And The University Of Washington. All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving.
