Relaxing and Fun!

We spent a week at this beautiful home. We have a lot of family that lives in CT and they took turns coming to see us throughout the week. We didn’t have any problems but when we had a question, Roy was very responsive. We had gorgeous weather and enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood, I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful house in a great location

We really loved our stay at this beautiful house in a great location on a Black Point. We all enjoyed the amazing water views from the porch (and the house), and made the most of the waterfront access to the Sound - especially the kayaks! Will be retuning next year!

Black Point vacation rental

Our family of 5 had a great vacation at the house. It had everything we needed, and the location can't be beat. Great experience.

Waterfront cottage

Older home that needs some work was able to accommodate my large family. The water view is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay again. I do suggest bringing a cushioned mattress pad or egg crate for the master bedroom unless you like a hard bed.
