This is our 12th year visiting 30a in the Fall. This was our favorite location. Very clean and a nice quiet neighborhood. Golf cart was great for beach and getting around to restaurants and shopping. We love the Blue Mountain Beach area and this home was perfect for our family of four. That being said, it would accommodate many more comfortably.

Fantastic place….clean and couldn’t’ be closer to pool.

We had a great stay here. We had 4 kids under 19 yoa and they all loved the proximity to the pool which the gate to the pool is right outside the back door! Golf cart and bikes were a big hit and necessary since the beach isn’t a short walk. We’d stay here again for sure.

Nearly the Perfect Stay!

Very nice area and wonderful house. We would go there again in a heartbeat. Nevertheless, we have 2 small things that would have made our stay even better: More information about the area and the many possibilities on site and an additional, fourth bike so that we could get out and about with the whole family.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location is great if you have smaller children. We were so close to the pool which made it easy for lunch/ nap time. We enjoyed Gulfview Heights Beach Access a little bit more than the one suggested and it was the same distance. The golf cart was great and a must for the area. The house had everything we needed!

Great family friendly getaway!

We loved this property! It was clean, well kept and tucked away in a family friendly neighborhood! Great for kids to ride their bikes and the close proximity to the pool was perfect. It was easy to get to beach with cart or bikes making it a non issue that we weren’t right on the beach. This place was wonderful and we’d book it again in a heartbeat!

We had such a great time at our stay this November! The house was in great condition and had great access to the pool area with plenty of amenities for a family! We used the bikes to ride to breakfast on our last day. The golf cart was Huge and so convenient when going back and forth from the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved everything about this stay! The house was immaculate. The open floor plan was beautiful. The golf cart made traveling to the beach so much fun. I wouldn’t have it any other way. This house has everything you need and then some. Would definitely recommend and even come back!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in By the Sea. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful and was able to accommodate our request to extend our stay. The home was very clean and proximity to pool was a huge plus. It is literally right outside the back door. Pleasantly surprised how quiet the neighborhood was as well. Even with the pool right behind the home, we never heard any pool noise. Would definitely recommend this home. We will stay here again.

Awesome House, great location!

Our family of 7 had the pleasure of staying at By the Sea over a long weekend. The house was perfectly located in the neighborhood directly across from the pool which our kids loved as they were able to go back and forth easily. Having a 6 person golf cart and bikes available at this property were so helpful and icing on the cake! We enjoyed every minute and loved that we could ride around to nearby beach access, restaurants and shops on the golf cart or bikes. Would highly recommend this beautiful home and Oversees! This company was amazing! Thanks for a wonderful stay and great memories for our family!!

Let me first say that our stay at By the Sea exceeded our expectations tremendously. My friends and I were afraid that not being right on the beach would cause us to not enjoy our vacation completely, however I am glad to say we were proven wrong. The location of the house was perfect. It was extremely nice to walk straight out the back door and be at the pool, hot tub, and community entertainment area. Amazing restaurants were a 4-5 minute golf cart ride away and there were two beach accesses that we could choose from, Blue Mountain and Santa Rosa, both within a couple minute golf cart ride or bike ride! Besides the location being excellent the house itself was extremely clean, and had everything we could need and more. The living and kitchen area is very spacious and great for entertaining with friends and family. The bedrooms were great size with good closet space and every room had a smart tv along with strong WiFi. We are thankful you shared your beautiful home and we will definitely be back!

The location was easily accessible to many great local restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and chill and we were good with that. We really appreciated the golf cart included with the rental. It was about a 5-minute drive to the beach and we were able to easily park the golf cart at the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access. The neighborhood pool with access right out the back door was beautiful. We spent a couple of afternoons laying by the pool when the beach was too windy. Our teenagers loved the hot tub. Communication from the rental company was very thorough throughout the trip. We hope to be back!

House worked perfect for us. We loved having the golf cart with the house. Made trips to the beaches and local shops easy. Neighborhood was very quite.House was super clean and perfect layout. High ceilings and open floor plan downstairs made it feel huge and it worked great for us cooking and sitting together. Kitchen utensils and pots/pans are adequate. We made it but maybe a bigger or another pan and maybe a couple more cooking utensils. Plenty of plates and silverware. Beds were super comfy and shower in master was amazing! Pool was literally behind the house and easy for the kids to run back and forth but I never heard any noise from the pool. I can’t say enough about Oversee Rental company. They answered all my questions and were super helpful and made the whole experience easy. I will definitely book with them again. An app with your rental info and local info is very helpful.

June 2019 Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family. The downstairs was open and spacious. The bedrooms were good size for 6 adults. There were plenty of towels and it was nice to have the washer and dryer for convenience. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had basic cooking supplies. It could use a few more serving utensils, maybe a crock pot, etc. The pots are stainless and we didn’t have cleaner for that. Thank you for the initial set up for cleaning. I always bring extra but this was nice. If I had a complaint it might be that the downstairs 1/2 bath needed a blind or window covering. You can see the next house and their upstairs window from the bath. Also the vacuum didn’t clean very well, we just used the broom. The beach access is a somewhat short bike ride to Blue Mountain access or Gulfview Heights access. We found the GH access to be more spacious and clean. You need to drive your beach items there and park. We rode bikes too. Overall, it was a GREAT VACATION!! We will be back❤️‼️
