Very pleasant stay

We stayed 2 weeks in this charming property. All very clean and well maintained, fluent communication with the owner. Also very enjoyable swimming pool. Ideal location to explore the surroundings. Possible to walk to the river and the village close by.

A very relaxing week in a beautiful house and surrounding

Already in the preparation phase we got a very good support. Since we came with car, trailer and two motorbikes, enough space was provided and organised for the vehicles. The house is very nice and the calmness around it emphasized the sound of the nature - we heared (and saw) birds that we had not heared a long time before. I had a morning swim every day in the pool. To get fresh croissants it took a quarter of an hour to the next village - which also provides every other kind of markets for daily requirements. The area around provides a lot of possibilitis for activities. We enjoyed motorbike riding at the Ardeche and into the Cevennes. We would like to come back - and stay in the house again - for some more time with bycicle riding, hiking and possibly a boat tour on the Ardeche. Many thanks to familiy Lagrange!

Notre gîte est très spacieux et proche de la piscine avec une terrasse souvent à l’ombre pour en profiter lors des chaleursUne cuisine équipée avec les appareils primordiaux et des produits lessiviels pour le lave vaisselle fournis Aucune nuisance durant le séjour malgré les 3 gîtes occupés Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles et réactifs : merci pour ce bon moment

Charmante Wohnung in modernisiertem Altbau mit schöner Terasse

Schöne Wohnung, insbesondere der Hauptraum Küche/Wohnzimmer. Gute Ausstattung, insbesondere Küche. Super schöne Lage - sehr und etwas erhöht/am Hang. Schöne Terasse direkt vor Küche. Schöner Pool - insbesondere in der Abendsonne. Weg zu Fuß nach Balazuc gut machbar (15 min). Veronique super freundlich & hilfsbereit.

Wonderful holiday flat

Wonderful holiday flat The description of the flat really didn't promise too much. The house is in a wonderfully quiet and idyllic location a little away from Balazuc. The pool is shared with the two other holiday flats, but this is not at all disturbing or too much. The equipment is very clean and new, everything works perfectly, you have everything you need. We booked the flat with three bedrooms as a family with two teenage children, so that both children could withdraw. That was more relaxing for everyone. I can only recommend the flat. The landlords are very friendly and the communication worked well (also in English, as my French is unfortunately very poor :) La description de l'appartement ne promettait vraiment rien de trop. La maison est située un peu à l'écart de Balazuc, dans un endroit merveilleusement calme et idyllique. La piscine est partagée avec les deux autres appartements, mais ce n'est pas du tout gênant ou excessif. L'équipement est très propre et neuf, tout fonctionne parfaitement, on a tout ce dont on a besoin. En tant que famille avec deux enfants adolescents, nous avons réservé l'appartement avec trois chambres à coucher, afin que les deux enfants puissent aussi se retirer. C'était plus reposant pour tout le monde. Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et la communication a bien fonctionné (même en anglais, car mon français est malheureusement très mauvais :)

Schönes Haus in guter Lage in der Nähe von Balazuc

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll restauriert worden und geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Terrasse und einen Pool in der Anlage.

Entre (pré) histoire et nature

Très agréable séjour dans ce charmant hameau situé à quelques minutes de l'Ardèche et de Balazuc que vous pouvez gagner à pieds par un très joli chemin à travers les vignes. Le gîte est parfaitement conforme aux photos, sobre et de caractère. Très jolie piscine (partagée) de 12,5x4m. Nous recommandons vivement !

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Eine super schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung an einem tollen Ort. Es ist unglaublich ruhig dort und trotzdem erreicht man alles notwendige mit dem Auto in 15 min. Die Ardeche ist 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und wunderschön. Der Pool ergänzt das ganze perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Sehr schönes erholsames Refugium

Sehr schöne, erholsame und ruhige Tage in Les Faysses verbracht. Toller Pool, ruhige Umgebung. Der Standort ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir waren überrascht, das die Wege zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und den Ausgangspunkten zu Aktivitäten, wie Wandern, Kanu- u. Radfahren, äußerst kurz sind. Schöner Badeplatz am Fluß zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Balazuc. Für Dorfliebhaber: Rochecolombe und Lagorce sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Naves und Labeaume haben uns am besten gefallen. Die Vermieterin Veronique ist äußerst unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und ist gut ausgestattet. Auch die beiden anderen Einheiten waren vermietet, haben aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine wirklich traumhafte Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber bei der Übergabe, die Einrichtung sehr modern. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter absolut problemlos und sehr hilfreiche Tipps wurden gegeben. Informationsmaterial über die Ardeche (einige sogar auf Deutsch) waren vorhanden.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung in den Weinbergen. Saubere, gemütliche und praktische Zimmer in historischen Gemäuern. Toller Pool. In 10min. zu Fuss ist man an der Ardeche oder in 20min zu Fuss in Balazuc. Der Rest der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr nette Eigentümer. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Agréable maison avec tout ce qu’il faut sur place pour passer un agréable séjour

Véronique et Philippe nous ont très bien accueilli. Leur gîte est très bien équipé, avec une attention particulière à notre petite fille de 2,5ans. Lit bb, draps de lit, chaise haute,... tout y était! On y a passer un très agréable séjour, avec de belles découvertes dans la région (grâce à Véronique :)). Voilà pourquoi nous donnons un 5/5 pour aussi bien le logement que les propriétaires.

Super séjour, la maison et la piscine sont parfaites! Véronique est attentionnée et de bon conseil.

Séjour très agréable ; la maison est bien agencée et reste "fraîche". La piscine est est parfaite avec une jolie vue. L'accueil de Véronique est très sympathique ; ses conseils sur les choses à voir et les restaurants où aller sont très bien. Le gîte est bien situé ; proche de Vallon pont d'Arc. Les seuls petits "hic" : le chemin pour monter la voiture au parking (mais on fini par prendre le coup) et le manque de réseau Tél et Internet, mais ça c'est partout dans la région. ...! En résumé : adresse à conseiller.
