New, clear and sunny house, surrounded by a closed and sheltered garden.

Just behind the Chapel of St Gomery, at the curiously leaning bell tower, the Liboubane awaits you. It is a new wooden house, passive, open due south, clear and sunny. It opens onto a small, intimate, enclosed garden, sheltered from the west by a covered courtyard and bounded to the south by an embankment of grasses evoking a dune landscape.

Area: 108m2

The house is suitable for 11 people (8 adults and 3 children maximum). It involves:
- A large living room with kitchen,
- 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with double bed,
- 1 bedroom upstairs with double bed,
- 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed, a pull-out bed and 1 baby bed, sofa bed 2 places type BZ.
- 2 bathrooms on the ground floor with walk-in shower, including 1 with WC,
- 1 WC upstairs.
It is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
No television.


The house is very comfortable and well insulated. It is equipped with double-flow ventilation. Heating is provided by 2 electric towel radiators in the bathrooms and a simple wood stove in the large room. Except in the middle of winter, you will not have to use it.

It is built entirely of wood, structure and cladding. Inside, wood is also very present (ground floor ceiling and upstairs floor, built-in furniture). It brings a warm note to a resolutely white ensemble.

Prices:
- 2 night minimum stay out of season, 7 days in season.
Tariff according to calendar.
Tourist tax in addition: 0.40 Euros per night and per person for 2017.
