Good location. Plenty of space

We felt comfortable for 2 weeks. Good starting point for many trips by car and by bike. Note, that electricity is not included, but we payed only 14 EUR for 2 persons in 2 weeks. This should be added to the description of the place.

manques (de savoir vivre, notamment)

il manquait: une douche correcte (car trop brûlante); le factotum n'a pas jugé utile d'appeler un plombier. une bouilloire un fauteuil des lampes de chevet des armoires une tv en état de marche un lavabo de salle de bain non éclaboussant. comble de la mesquinerie: on nous a fait payer l'électricité

Bonjour, nous sommes surpris de vos commentaires que négatifs mais en prenons bonne note. Concernant la douche , effectivement nous avons constaté que l eau chaude cristallisait le calcaire et bloquait ainsi le mécanisme. Nous allons donc changer le robinet et la colonne de douche. Il n est pas possible de mettre des armoires mais il y a déjà une penderie, 2 commodes et des étagères. Il est également prévu de rajouter une bouilloire même s il y a un micro-onde qui peut servir à chauffer de l eau; ainsi qu un fauteuil dans le salon. Pour autant vous n étiez que 2 et il y a un grand canapé et un certain nombre de chaises... Par rapport à l électricité, c est noté sur Abritel ; il n y a donc pas de mauvaise surprise. Il s agit seulement de rendre tout le monde responsable de sa consommation sans augmenter de manière importante le loyer pour tous alors que certains vont avoir avoir une attitude eco responsable. En revanche, de votre côté , vous n avez pas laissé les lieux très corrects, tabac retrouvé par tout sur le canapé et odeur de tabac +++ dans le logement . Je vous ai envoyé plusieurs messages avant, pendant et à la fin de votre séjour afin de voir si tout se passait bien et vous ne m'avez jamais répondu...J aurai pu ainsi répondre à vos doléances. Très bonne journée.

Vacances dans une belle région

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Louannec. La maison est très bien agencée et confortable. L’extérieur est largement suffisant pour manger et se détendre. Et surtout la rue et peu passante ce qui nous permet d’être au calme ! Bref c’était très bien !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : location spacieuse, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Proche des sites touristiques, dans un village avec commerces. Plage à proximité. Communication facile et cordiale avec les propriétaires. A recommander !!

Excellente location où tout est pensé comme à la maison

Notre séjour a été très agréable : l’accueil de notre hôte a été parfait, la maison est très confortable, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût , un petit extérieur permet de prendre le soleil et manger dehors. La localisation permet de découvrir les magnifiques paysages qu’offre la Côte de granit rose et faire de jolies promenades dans les environs. Tout était parfait.
