It has incredible views from its own private balcony. It also has its own private access to the waterway and community beach. The Building has grills for your use, pool located next to the waterway, gym, and social room. You are also incredibly close to the beach, shopping, movie theater, and restaurants It only takes minutes to walk to the public beach access for South Beach.
