Fantastic beach location

The house is fantastic just across the road from the beach. The well stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and the lift provides access to every floor.The house is well maintained and spacious. We would be happy to stay here again.

The home had good architecture/design; however the cleaning crew did not do as well. Two (2) of the bedrooms had sand under the covers/in the sheets. The floors needed to be mopped due to dirt and stains. Unfortunately, there was an electrical issue and the 2nd floor bedroom did not have power for 2 nights -family members did not have electricity for those nights. The host responded but unfortunately could not assist or accommodate us for the inconvenience during the time we stayed at the house. Overall, stay was okay.

Wonderful House

Great place to stay. Across the street from the Gulf. Awesome pool. Nice extras like beach chairs, bikes, pool table and large well stocked kitchen. 4 couples stayed here and had more than enough room. Would highly recommend.

First time, not the last time

This was a trip two years in the making. Sadly, my mother-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer march of 2022 and we had to postpone the July 2022 trip to 2023. Good things comes to those who wait. The house is beautiful, plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed every second of it. Super short walk to the beach and we had a great time in the pool! During the trip we had a couple of questions and they responded promptly! Just an overall great time!

Looking when we can come back

We could not have had a better stay. My kids squealed when they walked in the door. We had a few issues that came up as with all houses but there was always great communication. The owners could not have been nicer and more helpful. They addressed everything quickly and kindly. I was worried after reading some of the reviews about trash in the pool. When we arrived the backyard and pool were clean but by the next day someone had thrown a pc of trash in the yard and leaves were in the pool so that is not on the owners. It really is right across from the beach access. I have a 3 year old that wants me to carry him everywhere…well my 8 year old would like that too but my point is walking a long way is not for us. This was perfect. There was a restaurant about a block down when we didn’t want to all load up in the car we just ordered it Togo, walked to pick it up, and ate at the house. It’s about at 6 min walk there. There was a wagon, chairs, and plenty of beach toys.

Nice house but unkept

I don’t usually write reviews but if I were looking to tent this house I would want to know some of these things. The house is one is the nicer ones in the area but had several maintenance issues during our stay. The pool was green upon arrival Saturday night and was not fixed for swimming until Tuesday afternoon. The downstairs bedroom, bathroom and living area smelled strongly of smoke also upon arrival. The owner sent someone to clean the carpets Monday and the smell improved some. The house had 2 ovens yet one oven door was missing and the other oven did not work properly. An appliance repair man was sent out twice but the parts for both ovens had to be ordered. The next to last day we were there a stair completely broke off when one of our family members stepped on it. The upstairs washing machine did not work properly and the front panel kept coming off. Several sinks did not drain properly. There were only 2 dish towels for the week and no dish rags or scrub pads provided to wash dishes with. The silverware was also limited. We had to wash between each meal (we had 12 people staying in the house). It was a frustrating week for us. The house just seemed to not have been maintained well. The other thing I would mention is there are not any pantry items such as salt and pepper provided, no beach towels provided and no extra trash bags, paper towels or toilet paper provided (only one roll per bathroom). That was surprising to us since these have been provided in every other house we’ve rented. I will say the owners were responsive when we contacted about things not working properly but as I mentioned some of the things could not be repaired right away or took several days to correct.

Our family of 11 stayed here. Amazing location right across from the beach. The home had plenty of room with lots of comfy beds. The kitchen was fully stocked and the outdoor areas were. The highlight of our stay for the younger kids. We brought board games for rainy days and there was lots of space to spread out. The host was fantastic, easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the hot tub heater went out on the first day of our stay; however, Ron was great about having the pool company out ASAP and they were able to get everything in working order for us very quickly. We would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation

Overall, the property was good for my family. The pool needs some work. Filter system wasn't working properly and pool area could use an update and deep cleaning. The cloth blinds in the house should be replaced with easy to use blinds. Otherwise, the place was in a great location- close to everything. Great kitchen.

The house was great! A perfect size for a large group. Great location for beach access. We really appreciated all the extras like bicycles, beach toys, pool table. And the pool was a big hit as well. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Owners readily answered all questions and were very helpful.

A very relaxing week

Booked this for Memorial Day weekend. In a great location near a lot of restaurants and shops. Plenty of room and seating for a large family. The private pool was the highlight of the week. Property managers were very communicative and friendly

Family Vacation

We stayed here 9/3-9/8. The house is exactly how its listed. We loved it and had a great time. The location was perfect and beach access was just across the street. We had problems connecting to the tv ( we did get it to work) and also the outdoor speakers did not work for us. We contacted the owners and they were very quick to respond. We tried everything and appreciated their communication to help us. Even though we could never get the outdoor speakers to work everything else was just perfect.

Amazing Home with excellent accommodations.

This home was everything the description claims. Amazing views, close to the beach, plenty of room for 17 people. The owners responded when we messaged. They allowed us an early check in and they weee friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this for any family looking for a relaxing time near the beach.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is beautiful, and extremely comfortable with amenities galore and convenient to everything we needed. The home offers easy access to the beach, located directly across the street from the public beach entrance. It was perfect for our large group. We’ll definitely be renting this home again next year!

Family vacation

The place was great. A couple things I would recommend… provide trash day so during the week we could put out. The pool filtration (waterfall from hot tub) for circulation did not work towards the end of week. Also although small a few more dish towels for dishes (there were only 1).

Perfect Family Vacation!

What a fabulous property to spend Thanksgiving, my father’s 90th birthday extravaganza and a family Iron Bowl Party!! We loved it! The Casa Tuscany was so spacious, plenty of room for a big family gathering and an amazing kitchen for the hub. The pool deck was a great place to visit, grill and relax! We look forward to booking this Casa again!!

Incredible House and Location

This trip has been planned for a while to bring long time friends together. We couldn’t have asked for a better house. The house itself is just incredible and the location is perfect. There is access to anything you could want close by.

We fell in love with this house and everything it has to offer! It has the most beautiful, panoramic, unobstructed views of the sandy white beach and Gulf of Mexico!! Miramar Beach is not overcrowded like Destin beach. There are 3 stories of magnificent, custom details. There are master suites on each floor and an elevator to take you to each level. There is a private pool with hot tub, outdoor summer Viking kitchen with mini fridge, sink and travertine countertop and a fire pit for roasting marshmellows. There is also a pool table on the 1st floor and a gorgeous bar with wine cooler, ice maker, mini fridge, micro and coffee maker. There is a laundry room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Every detail was thought of when this Grand masterpiece was built!
It is 3 miles from Sandestin and the upscale Grande Boulevard Shops and so many amazing restaurants.
