Great cabin for a long weekend. Short walk to the lake but in a quiet neighborhood, wonderful to walk around, great for dogs. Easy to get to, easy check in, well supplied and cozy. Had a great time.

Location was terrific. The home was beautiful, comfortable, very well equipped. Our communication with our hosts was very good. The checkin process could not be easier. I would definitely stay here again.
Family of 4 and two grandparents stayed comfortably in this great home. Communication with Tim was excellent. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to rent it another time!

Beautiful Property, Nice neighborhood, Great Location
Terrific location, very comfortable and inviting. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was in order, clean, and a good binder full of information on how to operate the house, expectations of the guests, and local interests.
Our family had a great time in Tahoe. The house was perfect for our needs, comfortable, spacious and well stocked. We had dinner at one of the restaurants recommended by the owner an it was so delicious. Perfect after a long day driving. The only downside is that our stay was so short. Thanks for a lovely weekend.!

This home is in an excellent area of Lake Tahoe close to many wonderful beaches,(Tahoe vista rec area being one of our favorites).. restaurants, shops, etc.. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and my family took daily walks ..walking to the waters-edge and over to Garwoods restaurant.. taking in all the beautiful scenery.. home is fully equipped with everything you need! The patio deck was nice to enjoy every meal!! Beds are very comfortable..the blinds make you feel you are in a hotel blacking out all light.. sleeping sound all night!! the bathrooms are spacious and nicely updated.. any communications exchanged were handled very quickly with owner..we had zero issues and can’t wait to stay again..
Great cabin in a great location for a great price. Cozy. Spacious. Lots of firewood on hand. Well equipped. Good host communication. Would definitely stay again.
This house totally exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved the fireplace and it had lots of firewood for our use. The neighborhood is beautiful and has a trail to national forest close by. Our kids had a blast shooting down the hills on their sleds right by the house! We can’t wait to come and stay again!
We were looking for a nice place in north Tahoe to avoid the crowds in South Tahoe and reduce risk of COVID-19 infection, this fit the bill nicely. Spacious and clean, enough room to spread out and away from the masses of people in the typical tourist spots. Conveniently located, good access to Safeway, hiking trials and local restaurants. It's an hour drive to South Tahoe if you want to hit the major casinos, but some are closer if that's your thing, maybe next trip when it's back to normal.
This cabin was perfect for us and exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day. Kitchen well stocked, nice bathrooms, bedrooms and beds very comfortable. Upstairs can be warm from about 4:30 to 7:00 pm, but I still loved the room. Property owner would respond quickly to any inquiry. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you!

The home's location and overall setup was perfect for our four person family. Owners were responsive in courteous. Walking distance to Garwoods, Pizza and PeeWee Golf.
Very nice place in a great location close to everything on the north side of Lake Tahoe. House was very clean and had plenty of space for my family and pet. It was missing only one thing, ceiling fan for the upper room for the hot summer days. It was equipped with a floor fan but didn’t seem to be enough. It was quite hot In room all day and most of night. That was a such a minor thing though. Would definitely recommend to others and will rent again. Will definitely be making Lake Tahoe our vacation spot every summer!
We had a great week at Tahoe. The home was clean and accurately represented on the vrbo website. They have nice tvs and a great BBQ that we enjoyed. We also made great use of two kayaks and two floaties that they had at the cabin - both made our days at the lake so much fun. We especially appreciated the bungee cords to tie kayaks to roof of car as it is too far to walk. One thing I always look for in a rental home are comfortable beds - the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and they had nice linens/towels for the cabin. There are several trees on the property and we made use by hanging hammocks up. I highly recommend it! I do have to mention that the master bedroom gets very hot (it's upstairs and gets the afternoon sun). They do have a fan for the room, but it was a little uncomfortably warm - but the upside was that we had glorious weather the whole time we were there.
We had the best time. Everything was clean, the cabin was well-equipped with appliances & amenities. We had plenty of clean towels, detergent, bathroom tissue, and such... We had such a great, worry-free vacation - we can't wait to return. Thank you for such a great stay! We love this place! The Clarkes

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at our cabin. We will be happy to welcome you back for your next visit to Tahoe! Tim & Linda
Firstly, the photos don’t do this cabin justice- I expected a cozy little cabin in the woods, but this place was charming to the max with the combination of rustic and modern. The interior remodel is so beautifully done, obvious attention to detail. Tile and marble and granite and wood, pleasant paint colors, classic patterned area rugs, brushed-nickel finished hardware and statement lighting. Tasteful decorations in theme with a cabin in the woods. Oh man, I just fell in love with this place. Kind of wanted to take it home with me. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions, and they had thought of everything a traveler might need and more! They had the cabin stocked with good sized dishes and glasses and plenty of flatware, quality cookware and a whole bunch of kitchen gadgets needed for cuisines more complicated than what I made!
We made use of their kayaks and life jackets and took our kids for a little paddle. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were quite soft- excellent end to the day! The upstairs got a little toasty during the day, but we opened the window and used the fan and it aired out by the time we went to bed. The layout takes total advantage of the space, upstairs has a large King en-suite with a sofa and plenty of space, there’s a loft area just outside the room with a futon, not much privacy, but our girls had fun pretending to sleep there. Downstairs is the living area with a stone fireplace (didn’t use as it’s summer, drat) a good sized kitchen and eating area, and a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms off the hall- a double twin room and a queen room. Closets stocked with extra pillows, blankets and games. Outside, the porch is super inviting to sit and enjoy the woods and a meal (glass of wine). The back door has a stomping grate for snowy shoes and you enter into a mud room. Nice, flat driveway that we didn’t scrape our bike rack tow hitch on - yay! Oh, and a helpful binder of how to do most anything you’d want to do, local recommendations and cabin rules. I’m so glad we got to experience this wonderful cabin in this lovely area and I hope to visit here again. Maybe in the winter so we can enjoy the fireplace! Thanks again, we loved staying here!!

My family had a wonderful time in the cabin. There was plenty of room for us all and it was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The cabin was clean and spacious. I loved having coffee out on the deck in the mornings and the quick walk to Waterman’s. We would love to stay there next time we are in Tahoe!!
