Please note you will be required to pay $60 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2.

Only trouble was parking spot was tiny for a large car and we were not given code for parking garage prior to arrival so we had to wait and hour trying to contact someone to give us code to enter the parking garage.

The location is great, the owner and property manager responded promptly. I do feel that it could’ve been cleaner. Didn’t seem like it was cleaned when we got there. I understand the pool has limits of people, but 30 people max is not very many and to be told you can’t even get wet then leave wasn’t the best situation when there were double red flags. Thank you.

Great location on the beach! Great resort! Could use a coffee shop or at least supply complimentary coffee in the condo. Wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been given the fact that they charge everyone huge cleaning fees only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Didn’t like that the family bathroom was a shower. We didn’t have kids with us but I feel like with a family with kids it could be inconvenient. If you’re not down on the beach by 1:00 they will start taking the beach chairs up for the day. Last day we ended up going out before hitting the beach and our chairs had already been taken up which is ridiculous

Booked a beautiful beach front condo for our 27 th anniversary. Everything was going well with the exception that the balcony lock wasNOT functional and both bathroom sinks were draining slowly and subsequently clogged. The communication was abysmal! We should NOT have to brush our teeth in a kitchen sink!!!

Wonderful week at PCB

The unit was exactly as described. Everything worked as it should. The VIP parking under the building was very convenient. The parking spot is small so if you have a large vehicle it will be tight. The washer and dryer in the unit was wonderful! As well as the chair service on the beach. Make sure you check in with the guys on the beach as soon as you get there to reserve your chairs for the week. We waited until the next day and luckily got the last available set in the first row. The patio furniture was a little annoying. They are 4 chairs. No table. And their short so you have to bend down to see under the railing or stand up for a better view. Bar height chairs would be so much better. Overall the place was great and we would stay there again.
