This was our second time staying at the Pelican Beach resort. As previous times, it was a great stay. Everyone was nice, accommodating. The property was clean, grounds well maintained. Ample parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and well kept, the views were incredible, and it came equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. Host was very easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating. I hope to stay here again the next time we visit Destin!

Great views and location

We had a great time. The views were wonderful and the space was clean. The location was close to local restaurants, bars, and shopping. I really appreciated that our host was in contact with us before our arrival to make sure things went smoothly. We would recommend staying here to anyone looking to stay in Destin.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was beautiful and everything was exactly as described in the listing. The views of the ocean were spectacular, and being right on the beach made the entire trip even better. The property itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was also perfect. We were just minutes away from great restaurants, nightlife, and everything else Destin has to offer, while still being able to come back and enjoy the beach and incredible ocean views.This was honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed. From the beautiful room and amazing views to the cleanliness and perfect location, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had an amazing trip and will absolutely be booking this property again the next time we come to Destin!

We enjoyed our stay! Destin is absolutely beautiful. The condo is in the perfect location. My only complaint is that the condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been, and I expressed that to the owner along with the kitchen faucet has a constant drip. Other than that my family and I have a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the condo, great view of the ocean and liked the pool areas. However, the 5 rows of chairs that you have to pay for daily that are in front of you everyday on the beach is ridiculous, would not stay here if you have kids with you and wanna bring your own chairs and umbrella.
