Our mountain chalet is situated on a quiet street within Tiger Run Resort, a family-friendly gated community with resort amenities. It is cozy, clean and comfortable. The bedroom has a queen size bed. There is one bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is well equipped. We have a full-length covered deck with a gas grill and a large back decks with a picnic table, great for enjoying meals outside! The living area, and bedroom have TV's with cable service, and 2 have DVD players. We have Comcast high speed internet. There are 2 parking spots on the driveway. Laundry facilities are located in the clubhouse, which also has a pool, 2 hot tubs, locker room/shower facilities, games room, and an office/reading room. There are also tennis/pickleball courts, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and a playground.

Paved bike paths are just across hwy 9. You can bike to Breckenridge Frisco, Keystone and even Vail. For hikers, the Colorado Trail is a 2 min walk. Kayak, paddle board and boat rentals are available at the Frisco marina. Theatre, concerts, art festivals, farmers markets are also popular summer attractions. Take advantage of free public transit throughout Summit County (Breckenridge - Frisco - Copper). The bus stops on Hwy 9 in front of Tiger Run.
