The place was spotless and comfortable. The apartment is extremely well-equipped and has everything you need in the bathroom or kitchen. We were 3 adults in the apartment so we were a little squeezed with the sofa bed opened. It doesn't really matter when your first goal is to leave early and ski as much as you can. Debbie is very responsive and communicates very well. The location is very convenient: less than 10' walk to Gondola 8. The main street is 5' away. You should know you keep your ski material in the place as there is no ski locker.
This place is very clean and had everything we needed to cook and live for 5 days. The host is very quick to respond too. We would definitely book this place again. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you are a light sleeper, you will need a sound machine because you can hear the doors slamming and ski boots clanking as people enter and leave the complex.
This condo has an absolutely great location. First, it at the same level as the parking lot, so no lugging you stuff up or down stairs. You go out the door, walk down the walkway down some steps, and you are two blocks from the gondola that takes you to either Peak 7 or 8. So you can boot up and carry your skis to the gondola. It is also just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants on Main street, and a short drive from the City Market grocery store. Just so convenient. The unit is quite and well stocked with what you would need in terms of the kitchen and everything. It's cozy, so it's good for 1 or 2 people. The bath and kitchen are fully remodeled, bed is comfortable. Really had a great stay
We enjoyed our stay. Condo was 1 block off of Main Street and 10 mins walk to gondola with skis. I would say the unit is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Convenient that the unit is on the ground floor so no need to lug baggage up/down stairs. However, rating this 4/5 as the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. Paired with the ultra-dry air (even with the humidifier) it was not the best at night. That being said, we would certainly come back but hope the owner chooses to replace soon.
This was a great place to stay, very clean and amenities available. Location was great and close by to mainstreet allowing the ability to walk rather than always drive.
We had a wonderful summertime 4-day weekend in Breck. This condo was perfect for my wife and me. Great location and walkable to everything in town; quiet and very comfortable; wonderful view through the living area window with cool, crisp mornings; and a very responsive and friendly host who went above and beyond to get us an answer to a question we had. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for hosting us.

Loved our stay
This was a beautiful little condo, that was in a prime location. For future stays in Breckenridge, this will definitely be at the top of my list.
Our stay was amazing! The condo was warm, clean and had everything we needed. I truly enjoyed my time and will definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing a piece of winter wonderland with me and my family.
Walking distance to lifts and downtown breckenridge. Place is nice and stocked well for 2 people clean and kept in perfect working order. Would stay again
