This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Duplex is perfect for your vacation in paradise or winter getaway! The house can sleep 6. There is a 3rd room set up as a bedroom with 2 twin beds, used best for children but can be used for adults. Located in Key Colony Beach. It is a very short walk to the Cabana club which offers an Olympic size pool, Jacuzzi & beach with a bar and snack options for purchase. Membership is included. There is outdoor furniture with a Tiki hut for relaxing, along with a gas grill for grilling your catch of the day. There is 30' of dock frontage for you to bring your boat if you choose or rent one for the day or week. There is a boat launch nearby and plenty of parking for your truck & trailer at the house along with up to 2 cars. There is a playground on 1st Street which is a short walk away for the children along with restaurants, tennis & pickleball courts and a 9 hole golf course within Key Colony Beach. Boats, bikes, kayaks & jet ski rentals are all available within Marathon Key. Key West is 53.5 miles away. Key Colony Beach offers a nice center Keys location!

This property was as advertised. Extremely well stocked and very comfortable. Loved the Tiki Hut out back and all the Manatee’s we saw swim by. Beds were also very comfortable. Would highly recommend this location and use of the Cabana Club.

The accommodations were perfect for our family and friends. The filet table and tiki hut were great for when we got off the boat, the kitchen was fully stocked for all the cooking we did and the house was really comfortable and well set up. Highly recommended!

Great Stay for Lobstering Week

Great Location to Beach Club

With small children, the short walk to the Cabana Beach Club was great. The dock in back was good for any boat up to roughly 25'. Quiet neighborhood.

Days in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Chris's property. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and the location is perfect for visiting the local beaches or just walking to the Cabana Club to enjoy the hot tub, the pool and the adjacent beach. The best perk is being able to park your truck and trailer on property. Not many places in KCB have this option.

The property upgrades were beautiful! We enjoyed our stay, close to great restaurants. We brought our boat did some fishing and snorkeling. Short drive to Key West for a day visit. Love the property, hosts were very friendly and very responsive. Will stay again. Thank you!

Beauty in paradise

One of the nicer beach properties we have stayed at. Short walking distance to Cabana Club pool and ocean, comfy beds, kitchen utensils and board games. Minor inconvenience was that WiFi was spotty and inconsistent but not a huge deal since we were on vacation.

Wonderful spot

Four adults and 2 children stayed very comfortably in this home on the canal. The owners were nice and informative and very quick to respond. Having the storage space for our fishing rods and bait cooler was a great asset to the trip.

Key Colony Beach

A great, large sized Key Colony Beach home. The location is absolutely brilliant. Everything you need for a family/friends getaway is provided for you. Quiet water front canal location with dockage and walking distance to waterfront dining. We enjoyed our stay here, made many memories and would recommend it highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring the Keys.

We are Chris & Kevin and we are from Hammondsport, NY which is in the Finger Lakes region. We love our summers boating on Keuka Lake and decided to extend our summers with the warm temperatures of the Florida Keys. We bought our place in July of 2014 and have enjoyed every moment that we can get away since!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Key Colony Beach upon renting a unit just down the street on Ocean Ave in 2012. After looking at numerous houses, duplexes and condos on various different Keys, we decided that our first love was where we were destined to buy. We have enjoyed vacationing and sharing our home with others ever since.
