This newly renovated 3 story Victorian with an in ground pool offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 10.
Relax and read a book on the hammock on the wrap around porch or grill and entertain on the rear patio with lake views. The house is on the north side, 5 blocks from the beach, and very close to the Asbury hotel.

The first floor includes a beautifully renovated kitchen with an oversized island which seats 6, plus a large dining table which seats 12+ people. The first floor also includes a living room, and half bath.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths:
Master bedroom - king size bed, full bath, and walk-in closet
Bedroom 2 - queen size bed
Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed, including a full size bed, single bed, and an additional single trundle

The third floor includes 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and an additional living room:
Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds
Bedroom 5 - Day bed with 2 single mattresses

Fantastic House for a group or family

Clean and comfy and spacious this place takes the cake! Really clean and well-appointed. We had 3 generations of family stay and we took advantage of the giant kitchen and grill. Will be staying here again!

This was an amazing vacation home!

This was a lovely, well-equipped home for a family vacation. The pool was well supplied with toys, there was a wagon with beach equipment (and beach passes!), a very well-stocked and well-supplied kitchen, and lots of room for family to spend time together. The porch was a favorite spot to sit and relax, and the beach was so convenient to get to. The hosts couldn't have been more cooperative and helpful in making this a great stay.

Asbury Park Victorian Luxury

Gorgeous home, responsive and responsible hosts, incredible neighborhood, one of the most relaxing vacation spots we've ever experienced. Asbury Park is still an undiscovered jewel on the Jersey Shore without pretentiousness. The best music scene outside Nashville and Austin, Asbury Park offers great music, great food, friendly people, unique art, and a spectacular beach. Close to fishing charters, legendary music venues, this property will become an annual vacation spot. Thanks again to the Egans, hosts par excellence.

Fall weekend

Perfect house for a girls 20 year college reunion. Great space to hang out and plenty of bedrooms. Quick walk to the boardwalk and for coffee. Owners graciously let us checkin early and leave at our leisure. They were quick to respond to questions. Would definitely return. Thanks!

Spacious Gracious Home

This is a beautifully renovated home with plenty of room inside and out to enjoy family and friends. Sitting on the front porch with the lovely landscaped yard in view was delightful. The large kitchen is well equipped. The owners thoughtfully provided basic condiments and spices as well as garbage bags and other kitchen supplies. Bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors worked well for 6 adults and 3 children. All of the beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. Our stay was in early May, so the weather was cool and rainy at times—not beach weather— but the house provided cozy shelter. We were in town for a wedding at The Asbury, and the location was perfect. The owners were terrific and responsive when needed. If future travels take us to Asbury Park, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic property!

This home is beautiful and well maintained. The description is accurate and everyone had plenty of space. Both the inside & outside had plenty of seating to relax & hang out. Kitchen has everything you need to cook comfortably for a crowd. They also had many beach chairs, a beach buggy & boogie boards, as well as 4 beach passes, available for guests to use. I really liked the boardwalk restaurants & activities that were a short walk from the property. My only con is that the walk to the beach was a bit longer than I would like. But the pros of this property & the location in Asbury Park (which has a lot to offer compared to neighboring towns) far outweigh the long walk to the beach.

Perfect getaway

The property was perfect for our 5-day getaway. We were 3 siblings & spouses, with kids ranging in age from 9-months to 16-years. The layout is designed in a way that everyone can be together, and still have the option of finding their own space when needed. The proximity to the beach was great, and they provided everything we needed (chairs, unbrellas, towels, cooler, and 4 beach passes). Communication with Suzanne couldn't have been better. We hope to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful vacation and this vacation home could not be better! Perfect reunion with girlfriends

Our group of girlfriends in their 40's had a lovely time in Asbury Park. The house was perfectly set up for our group of adults. We particularly loved the large kitchen island for noshing and cooking together, the comfy patio furniture for morning coffee chats and the amazing wrap around porch for evening wine.

Fabulous House and Location!

This property is all that the listing indicates - and MORE! We hosted a five day 80th Birthday gathering here, with 4 generations of family members, and the house and outside space could not have been more accommodating. The open space in the main floor living area was perfect for the 13 month old toddler to have plenty of room to roam. Everyone gathered around the awesome island in the kitchen for meals, and the dining table provided a great space for nightly card games. The outside space is so well appointed and comfortable. The artificial green out back was a huge hit with the little ones - and the golfers who brought along their putters. The awesome wrap around porch speaks for itself. Every space accommodated every one of us, and that was the goal of our extended weekend - to enjoy our time together! The short walk up to the beach and boardwalk was a daily trek for the birthday girl. And we even had perfect weather to get in a beach day! We hope to make this an annual event for our family. A special thank you to the Egan family for sharing their beautiful house with us.

The house was larger than expected with a great kitchen/dining area and living room. It was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is not a far walk from the beach and is situated near a lake which you can see from the house. Excellent outdoor seating on the porch and patio. Quiet neighborhood and a short Uber/lyft to restaurants/bars. I would highly recommend.

FABULOUS HOME!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. All the amenities and photos were true to life. The house really is that pretty and perfect! The gorgeous and spacious kitchen was so much fun to cook in. The front porch was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and the rear yard was delightful for outdoor dining. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the entire house was spotless. It was my honey, me and my 3 adult kids and we all had an absolute blast. The location was terrific, close to the beach and to shopping in Asbury and Ocean Grove. Hosts were very pleasant and easy to deal with even accommodated our request for an early check in. Elegant beach house

This house was perfect for our family trip. The house is really nicely renovated, looks practically brand new. The kitchen is very large with a great layout and huge table. We had a great time grilling, playing lawn games in the back yard, and hanging out on the front porch, which is the real draw. The neighborhood is nice with lots of trees on the street and the walk to the beach is pleasant, along a pedestrian bridge over a lake with turtles and then 5th Ave takes you past some other grassy areas and straight to the heart of Asbury Park Beach. Highly recommend!

We loved our month long winter rental in this beautiful house! It has the wonderful charm of a classic Victorian beach house but because it’s been recently renovated everything looks and feels new. The first floor has a great layout with bright, airy and open rooms. Plenty of space for a family to spread out! The kitchen is extremely well equipped and there's a gas grill in the back yard...a definite plus! The beach is only 4 blocks away…about a 6 minute walk, and we were so pleasantly surprised to see there was a beautiful lake less than a half block away, which you can see from the house! We loved that view! John and Suzanne, the owners, are great to work with and extremely responsive. We had high hopes for the house based on the pictures on VRBO, and it more than exceeded those hopes. It was just a wonderful stay. We look forward to renting here again and would highly recommend it.
