Comfortable 35m² apartment, located in a very quiet area, T2 type, for 4 people maximum, very well equipped, AIR CONDITIONING, classified 3 stars (Prefecture 14/03/2008). The furnishings are uniform, pleasant, composed of pine furniture in very good condition.
A balcony of 7 m², covered with sea view, facing south / southeast and equipped with a table and 4 armchairs, for pleasant meals.
The apartment is composed of:
- AN ENTRANCE HALL with storage cabinet
- A LIVING ROOM with a lounge area, including a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area with buffet, table, 4 chairs, 2 stools and a kitchen area.
- A BEDROOM with 140 cm bed for 2 people (very comfortable bedding), wardrobe, bedside furniture and baby bed.
- A BATHROOM with bath / shower
- A separate toilet.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area, on the 2nd floor with elevator of a 3-storey residence, renovated in 2008, with open view from the balcony and sea view on the side, including a magnificent view of the gulf and the Cap d'Antibes.
The Parking, adjacent to the Residence, is fenced. Entrance is through a gate controlled by a remote control entrusted to the tenant.
The apartment is 10 minutes walk from shops, amenities, the seaside, fishing and marinas and 2 sandy beaches.

Amazing stay on the French Riviera!

Wonderful, spacious apartment with all necessary amenities, including AC. Everything was very clean and the check-in and check-out was smooth. The apartment is in a quiet area but still only a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and other shops. The port and beach are just a 15 minute walk away. The beach is very spacious and sandy, with public showers and even a wheelchair-accessible section. The water is clean. Cannes and Antibes are only a short drive away for evening activities. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré notre départ précipité pour cause familiale, l'appartement est parfait avec tout le nécessaire et très bien situé. L' Appartement correspond bien à la description. Très fonctionnel. Parfaitement situé. Résidence très calme. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui n'est pas sur place mais très réactif sur messagerie et disponible au téléphone. La personne qui nous accueille est charmante. Vacances au top!
