Französisches Flair mit schönem Strand

Hallo Manuel Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen, die Renovation ist Euch gelungen! Es fehlt an nichts und die Aussicht aus dem 3. Stock ist beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist perfekt. Einkaufen und am Abend fein Essen gehen ist in wenigen Minuten möglich. Die zwei Wochen haben wir sehr genossen. Strand, Wasser und Wetter super! Wir kommen gerne wieder und danken Dir für Deine Bemühungen und den prompten Service! Die schöne Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Grüsse Jacqueline und Erich

Stilvolle und sehr gepflegte Wohnung

Kaum angekommen, fühlten wir uns sofort wohl in der stilvoll, gepflegten und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung. Der Balkon und die Aussicht laden sofort zum Träumen ein. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, welcher in der Hauptsaison goldwert ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympatisch, zuverlässig und korrekt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis top! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen...!

Unseren netten Vermieter hätte ich gleich als Reiseleiter dazugebucht

Unser Vermieter Manuel Bauer ist super nett und freundlich und hat sich von A - Z um uns gekümmert. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, modern eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz oben im Haus und man kann zwischen den beiden Balkons gut durchlüften, dass es auch bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur nicht zu heiß ist. Außerdem hat man einen super Ausblick auf das Meer. Den Strand erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß und es ist sauber und das Wasser ist herrlich warm und klar. Abends und nachts sind immer noch viele Menschen am Strand oder mit dem Auto unterwegs, dementsprechend ist es auch etwas laut. Tipp: Das Auto einfach mal stehen lassen und mit dem Bus fahren. Gute Verbindung für 1,50€ und ganz ohne Parkplatzsuche! Empfehlenswert: Altstadt von Antibes Die Restaurants sind sehr überteuert, dafür kann man im Supermarkt günstig einkaufen. Wer sich Südfrankreich anschauen möchte, hat am Golfe Juan eine gute Startposition.

Erholung pur!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert, sehr gepflegt, sauber anzutreffen. Wir fühlten uns durch den Vermieter rundum bestens betreut und werden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Der saubere Sandstrand liegt vor der Tür und gute Restaurant findet man zu Fuss in beide Richtungen für jeden Kulinarischen Wunsch.

Außergewöhnliche Aussicht & Lage!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Appartement 'Le Marbeach' in Vallauris erlebt. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig, der Balkon bietet eine tolle Kulisse für ein gemeinsames Frühstück sowie Abendessen. Die Lage des Örtchens ist außerdem grandios: Es ist nicht weit nach Nizza (ca. 40-25 Minuten) und auch Nahe am Flughafen gelegen (ca. 20 Minuten). Weitere schöne Städte (Cannes, Antibes) befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe, und wer mag kann noch gut bis nach Monacco oder St. Tropez fahren. Doch das ist nicht zwingend notwendig, da auch vor der eigenen Haustür ein schöner Strand sowie nette Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen existieren. Wir hatten dort einen super Urlaub und werden sicherlich wieder kommen! Markus und Caroline
