Beautiful apartment in the first Floor with private entrance, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Open plan living-dining and kitchen area with balcony. 1 Floor, and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the second Floor are the bedrooms. The apartment is warm by the wood beams and has a nice flair with sea views. Shopping, the beach and the center are easily reached on foot. Parking is also available. 2 minutes walk to the public beach. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer unit, dishwasher, microwave and pad coffee and kettle. In the bathroom, a washing machine. There is a baby cot for the youngest guests. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and sound system are also available. WiFi is also available.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Besondere Wohnung im Altbau mit entsprechendem Charme, komplette Einrichtung ( schöne Küche ) mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine usw. Es fehlte an nichts und auch Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs waren schon vorhanden, dafür nochmals Danke. Vorderseite mit teilweisem Meerblick vom gemütlichen Balkon aus. Auf der Rückseite an einer Straße gelegen wodurch man etwas Verkehr hört. Nachts ruhige Nachbarschaft. Der tolle Sandstrand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Restaurants und Cocktail Bars am Strand ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eigener Parkplatz auf Privatgrund fussläufig ( 3 min entfernt) vorhanden. Am Objekt direkt aber keine guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Kommen gerne wieder……

Volle Empfehlung

Schnellste und freundliche Kommunikation mit den deutschen Vermietern per WhatsApp. Wie beschrieben und per Foto dargestellt, alles sehr sauber. Küche perfekt ausgerüstet. Satelliten-TV, schnelles Internet, nette Samsung Waschmaschine mit Abschlußmelodie. Palmen, Yuccas, alles blühte in einem frischen Grün, Möven, Papageien, die Fauna und Flora ist ein Traum. Wie auch der Blick bei Vollmond aufs Meer, welches öfters den Farbton wechselte. Wir hatten gerade eine Hitzewelle erwischt, täglich über 30 Grad, da wurde es im Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach trotz Ventilator sehr warm. Wir empfehlen auch sich mindestens einen Moskitoschutz zu besorgen, z.B. die Rauchkringel und was es alles gibt, dann geht es. Die Lage ist perfekt, ein Bus vor der Tür, der in 15 in Cannes am Bahnhof ist, aber auch in die andere Richtung nach Nizza fährt. Supermärkte, Apotheken, Bäckereien, der Strand, alles leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straße ist teilweise etwas laut, da zwei Ampeln vor der Tür ist, und die Bikes danach richtig Gas geben. Der Bahnhof von Juan ist um die Ecke, für ein paar Euro gibt es das Ticket nach MonteCarlo, und der Zug fährt alle Traumstrände bis dorthin ab. Das I-Tüpfelchen wäre eine Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung ist auch apart geschnitten, durch den Eingang im Erdgeschoß hat man praktisch drei Etagen!

Tolle FeWo

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser FeWo sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs war sehr freundlich. Die FeWo ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Bad ist ganz frisch renoviert und schön modern. Der Balkon ist ein Traum. Man kann an der Straße direkt an der Wohnung parken. Bis zum, sehr schönen, öffentlichen Strand sind es nur ca. 8 min Fussweg. Toll ist auch, dass fast direkt vor der Haustür der Bus nach Nizza bzw. Cannes abfährt (Fahrt für 1,50 E pro Person). Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ich würde diese FeWo Freunden empfehlen.

Sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren mit unserem Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Ich bin eigentlich immer sehr skeptisch, wenn jemand schreibt, dass in der Wohnung alles vorhanden ist. Hier war aber tatsächlich alles vorhanden!! Küche voll ausgestattet, genügend Töpfe, Schüssel, Glässer..usw. Das fanden wir echt toll. Wir haben auch die Hausgeräte geschätzt, Kühlschrank groß, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffemaschine. Das Wohnbereich bietet wirklich sehr viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Und die 2 separate Schlafzimmer gewährleisten genug Ruhe für die Entspannung. Unser Bedenken war die Klima, was nicht vorhanden ist, aber das war kein Problem. In den Räumen war sehr angenehmes Klima. Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und den privaten Parkplatz hinter einem elektrischen Tor haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Nicola und Benedikt waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar, damit konnten alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Falls wir noch Mal zu Cote d Azur fahren, dann gerne wieder hier. Für uns war es toll.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in absoluter toplage. Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles nötige ist vorhanden.

Großes Wohnzimmer mit sofagaritur und rundem Esstisch mit vier Stühlen. Breiter Balkon mit Blick zum Meer, wenn auch an der Rückseite eines Hotels vorbei. Gartenstühle und Gasgrill auf dem Balkon. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei über getrennte Treppen erreichbare Schlafzimmer. Die Decken sind mit holzbalken gemütlich ausgekleidet. Die Lage ist optimal , von der Autobahn leicht zu erreichen, aber nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch die Innenstädte von Juan-les-pins und Antibes sind problemlos erreichbar. Nur wenig entfernt sind Cap d'Antibes, Cannes und Nizza. Man sitzt quasi wie die Made im Speck.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und Meerblick

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet, sogar ein Grill war auf dem Balkon. Der Balkon war groß genug um alle Mahlzeiten auf dem Balkon einzunehmen. Die Wohnung war für 3 Personen sehr großzügig im Platzangebot. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieter standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Zum Strand waren es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und sie auch Familie und Freunden empfehlen.
