100m2 house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Oriented South West. Lawn in front of living room and veranda with automatic watering. Air-conditioned house located in a neighborhood 1.5 km from the beach and the city center. The village of Sanary is a fishing village and is very touristy. Many activities are possible in the evening with the craft market, fireworks, various free shows offered by the town hall. The house is located 5km from Fregate golf course for golfers.

Good for most people

Correspondence & check in with Jeannine & her son Ronan was perfect. Home was a bit more dated than expected but was spotless. Kitchen area quite small, work surfaces a bit cramped if you wanted to cook meals etc. This is just my opinion, I’m sure, not everyone would agree. Garden rather small, outdoor dining was adequate, if you like to recline in the sun, area with sunbed was rather restricted. The only thing that curtailed my stay (again, this was due to my health problems, nothing to do with owner) Was the busy road behind the house/garden. The fumes were quite over powering and really made my asthma allergy quite uncomfortable. I am sure this property would suit most people. There are a few bars, not a large variety of restaurants (that we found) in Sanary-sur-mer. Not really walking distance, a car would be quite essential.

I am sorry for your poor choice of rental. I think that 110m2 for 2 people was not enough for your needs, the garden is easily accessible for 2 vehicles as mentioned in the ad. As for restaurants, it's a shame that you haven't found what you're looking for among the 52 restaurants in the village. Maison de propreté impeccable. Cuisine très bien conçue.  Maison décorée avec style et grande considération de confort pour les locataires. Accueil chaleureux par Jeannine avec des descriptions détaillées pour chaque appareil. Maison super organisée qui ne manque rien pour un séjour sans souci. Literie confortable avec haute de gamme housses de couettes. La maison se situe dans un endroit assez près du port en voiture. Jardin clos pour notre petit chien. Bref, on la recommanderait  sans doute.

Sanary sur Mer - Eine Reise wert

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Modern und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Der Umgang mit den Vermietern war sehr gut, An- und Abreise sehr entgegenkommend und problemlos. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns.

Im Inserat stand : das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse. Das stimmt… aber direkt hinter dem Haus/ Grundstück ist eine Hauptstraße! Draußen sitzen war unmöglich wegen der Lautstärke!

La maison est dans le village de SANARY (15mm à pieds) elle n’est pas retirée dans la campagne. L’avantage c’est que vous pouvez accéder partout sans problème À cette époque c’est vrai qu’il y avait des travaux mais cela ne dure pas.
