The 130 m² Lagon Cottage is set within an authentic 15th-century stone building, combining historic charm with modern comfort.
It can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes:

• 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
• A fully equipped kitchen

• A private shaded terrace

The listed rate includes: end-of-stay cleaning and household linen.

Beautiful property in a beautiful place

Property is everything we were expecting and a bit more. Lovely spaces to relax, the inside spaces were so tastefully designed and just as special as the outside. The owners have put real time and thought into making this a perfect holiday destination. Our short morning trundle to the nearby campsite to collect pre ordered croissants and baguette was fun, some more adventurous hikes on the doorstep too and the river was great for fishing and swimming.

Le gite est tres bien équipé et bien situé avec une piscine tres agreable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les hotes sont très accueillants et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la superbe piscine. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Lieu exceptionnel

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le lieu est vraiment exceptionnel. L’appartement est rénové à neuf avec des matériaux de qualité et equipe d’un électroménager complet et haut de gamme. la terrasse privée avec la plancha est parfaite pour les apéros du soir et les dîners. La pizzeria des propriétaires est aussi très bonne. La piscine est tout juste splendide. Le système de climatisation est par contre un peu faible et démontre ses limites en période de chaleur.

Une merveilleuse semaine à la Bastide d'Edouard

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à la Bastide d'Edouard en famille. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, super aimables, ils nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour faire des visites et des activités. Les logements ( nous avons loué les 2 appartements ) sont magnifiques, aménagés et décorés avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons évidemment beaucoup apprécié la piscine qui nous était exclusivement réservée. La région est très belle également, nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir, sans oublier les succulentes pizza au C4. Merci Laure et Laurent.

Séjour très agréable à la Bastide d'Édouard proche du bois de Païolive. Le gîte est aménagé avec goût et attention. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres sont confortables et les salles de bain impeccables. Une jolie terrasse dotée d'une grande table avec plancha et salon de jardin complète le tableau. Pour couronner le tout, la merveilleuse piscine lagon est entièrement réservée aux occupants du gîte. Les propriétaires, Laurent et Laure, sont très accueillants et attentionnés. Ils nous ont conseillé de belles ballades ainsi que des activés sportives et culturelles. La proximité de la pizzeria à l'autre bout du bâtiment est très pratique sans pour autant apporter de nuisances. Nous recommandons sans réserves cette destination au parfum authentique où nous avons passé des vacances relaxantes et dépaysantes.

A Family Story

This adventure began in 1975, when two young married couples, Vincent and Michèle, their son Laurent and his grandfather Edouard, moved into this old ruined bastide. At that time, there was no bridge linking to the village of Casteljau, nor any paved road... just a ruined building on the Lauzaces peninsula in Casteljau, at the end of the world.

In 1977, a small restaurant-pizzeria is born with Vincent at the wood oven and Michèle at the reception, the business will become
