In the master bedroom a queen bed with full en-suite bathroom and a bonus amenity of a wood burning fireplace.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The second full bathroom is accessed from the main hallway between these two bedrooms.
This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building and has easy access to the main clubhouse and free shuttle stop. No air conditioning.
Passing parking pass required - only 1 for this unit.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
