Location: Building 11, 1st floor. The building is located in the 10 to 11 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
Bedding Configuration: King in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, 2 Captain's bunks (Queen on the bottom bunk and Twin on the top bunk) in the third bedroom, Queen sofa sleeper in living area.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
