The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom that has been modernized to feature granite countertops for the dual vanities, a tiled shower enclosure, and slate tiled flooring. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a queen sofa sleeper, offering additional sleeping options. A second updated bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
Located on the first floor of the building, this unit provides easy access for entry and exit. The structure is situated in the upper cul-de-sac among buildings 15 to 20, and is just a short walk to the clubhouse. Additionally, the complimentary town shuttle stops right in front of the building.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
