Spacious Mountain Home with Private Hot Tub

Welcome to our charming mountain retreat! Nestled in the heart of breathtaking Granby Ranch, our 3-bedroom home is designed for an easy, comfortable, family-friendly getaway.

Located in Granby Ranch, 2 minutes from Ski Granby, our home strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the mountains while still having easy access to Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and more.

Our spacious and well-appointed home features three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and restful night's sleep, and two comfy living rooms.

Ideal for family gatherings, group getaways, or a friends' retreat, our home provides the space and amenities needed for everyone to enjoy a memorable stay. The house is stocked for families, including toys and games, a pack-n-play with sheets, high chair and booster seat, some kids utensils, and in-unit laundry machines. Our second living room is perfect for the kids to play and watch their own TV (if they’re allowed, of course). There’s also a secret playroom in the master bedroom.

The kitchen has all the necessities including dishes and bowls, cups and glasses, pots and pans, all eating and cooking utensils, coffee maker, mugs, and ground coffee, tupperware, and cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, seasonings, etc.). There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

All TVs in the house are setup with a Roku in Guest Mode so you can easily sign in to all your favorite streaming services and then have it automatically sign out upon checkout.

The house uses a smart lock on the front door and garage. The access codes will be released prior to check-in.

Outside we have a gas grill w/ cooking utensils, hot tub, deck, and lighting. Step into relaxation with our private hot tub, where you can unwind and soak in the stunning mountain scenery after a day of exploring the great outdoors.

Guests also have access to the oversized 2-car garage w/ ski racks.

Over all the stay was good. The house is beautiful and the couches were comfortable. Great tvs. We loved the sunroom and the extra tv on the first floor. Hot tub was a nice bonus, very clean. The deck and the furniture very nice and comfy. The landcape around the house is the natural landscape and beautiful wild flowers. Well mntned in the front yard.We had some small issues with items not being clean and no body wash in either bathroom. Also trash was never picked up and it was creating a smell in the garage. David responded quickly to my messages. And was very accomadating. Very nice person to communicate with. This house is in a very quiet neighborhood . We had a group of deer in the front yard for two days, eating, really cool. Beds were a bit soft for our party and pillows very soft. If u like more support in a pillow, bring your own.This location is Close to fishing boating restaurants pubs and shopping. The house has everything u need and if u need something, city mkt is across the street. The house has great shampoo n conditioner, Nice towells and extra blankets. No bed bugs, i didnt see any bugs in the house or spiders. In the master there is an adorable playroom if ur traveling with kids, very cute. And also a cozy reading area by the window. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would definetly rent this vrbo again. Thank you David

We love this area so much and just want others to enjoy it as much as we do. We bought this house because our family has loved the area for years. We have also been Super Hosts on Airbnb since we started renting this property.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is a perfect blend of quiet tranquility with easy access to everything, and has fun activities year round. In the winter you have great family skiing right here in Granby Ranch and tubing and snowmobiling close by. In the summer we love Grand Lake, along with the other lakes and access to Rocky Mountain National Park. And there's always access to Hot Sulphur Springs and beautiful nature.

What makes this property unique

Our house is great for families trying to enjoy the area. With 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms you have all the space and flexibility that you need. We are also one of the few homes in the area with a private hot tub.
