Aspens Lodge Spring 2026 Maintenance schedule ⌂ The pool and one hot tub will be closed for maintenance from Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 5th (there will always be two hot tubs open during this time). ⌂ The lobby, public washrooms and gym floors will be worked on from Wednesday, May 27th to Thursday, June 4th. There will be a machine polishing the floors and creating noise and odour during this time.

Nestled on the second floor of the Aspens complex, this charming home is the epitome of comfort and relaxation. The inviting living area complete with a charming gas fireplace, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere, while the serene forest patio view provides a picturesque backdrop for ultimate unwinding. After a thrilling day on the mountain or in the village, guests can take full advantage of the lodge's communal pool and three rejuvenating hot tubs to relax.

Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area. ⌂ Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions. ⌂ No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. ⌂ Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 7th adults pays C$35 per night. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge. ⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request. Pets - not allowed

We enjoyed the convenient location. A true ski in and ski out right from the pool area. A bus stop is located across the street with a short 5 minute ride to Whistler village. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, soap, cleaning spray, paper towels and trash bags. Beds were comfortable and the space was pleasant for 5 people. A few maintenance items need to be addressed. But they are simple fixes that I am sure the property manager will tend to as we did notify them. The place has no view as it faces a service road. Overall a good experience and we would stay again.

This condo is in a great location for skiers and the outdoor amenities looked nice (pool and hot tub) though we didn’t use.This unit could really use an upgrade. Master bathroom has a ton of mould growing in the grout/the shower leaks onto the floor and the carpets are stained in the living room. You can see that they are trying to make some updates such as a newer dishwasher and what looks like a newer couch in the living room. Location wise is great for ski/snowboarders with the ski in and out, but for the regular person just wanting a stay in Whistler, the trek up and down the mountain can become a bit tiresome. Overall a decent space but starting to feel tired for sure.
Great location, only steps to the mountain. Condo was well equipped and clean.

This place is in a great location. The apartment itself is very well equiped, kitchen has all you need, for real!....the rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are cleaned and perfect size...living/dinning/kitchen area is quite nice, good flow....overall, this is a very homy place, i would rent it again, for sure!

We came to Whistler for the mountain biking. This is a great place to stay for that. No bikes in rooms, which is fine. Only downside is the $25/day extortion to park, but that’s not the condos fault. Would definitely stay again.
Love staying at the Aspens - great location close to lifts, upper village and a short walk to the main village. Great accommodations that have been recently updated. This unit worked perfectly for our family - bed configuration is perfect for multiple teenage kids!
A great property in a great location! We had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. The condo was set up well for a family of 4 and it's right off the slopes. An easy walk from the ski valet to the slope and just a 10 min. walk into the main Whistler village.

We had a fantastic stay at the Aspens. Ski in/out with valet to keep your equipment, hot tub soaks after skiing, easy parking and loading/unloading as well and just a quick walk down to Blackcomb Village. The condo was comfortable for 4 guests and the kitchen was well-equipped. Would love to return!
Excellent experience. Smooth rental process and good amenities (pool, hot tub) with great slope side location.
