Located in Alcanar beach (Costa Dorada) .At the beach side of Maricel and Bahia Alfacs. The house is in a resort with pool and garden of 3000 m2 where children can play ...The property has private parking for two cars. It has a large terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers for the pool.
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, a toilet and a kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine).
On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and terrace overlooking the beach, two bedrooms with two beds each and a bathroom.
On the second floor there is a garret with wooden ceiling, a double bed, with large desk, sofa bed and stereo and overlooking the bay.
Service supermarket 1 km in the homes of alcanar. The dining area is excellent.

Great Time-great house/Improve house equipment

The location and house is top. The swiming pool and the sea are close and great. Had a great Time with my familly.The house had 2 air conditionner, one is not Working and the second was not strong.The house was not well equiped: no cafe, Salt, platic bags, plattic and aluminium wrap, paper towel, shampooing. (Bring yours or must Buy the First Day). Stores are in driving distance from the house.The oven was not Working.The internet connection is not strong. IT needs repeaters to Cover the 3 floors.The sink in the small bathroom was liking.

Tolle Lage abseits der Touristenmassen

Der Ausblick direkt auf das Meer mit einer Palme im Vordergrund ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus ist einfach aber gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem.In den Schränken riecht es etwas muffig, aber wir haben einfach die Türen aufgelassen.Die Anlage besteht aus privaten Häusern und ist sehr ruhig. Ab und zu bekommt man auf der Terrasse Besuch von neugierigen freundlichen Hunden und scheuen Katzen.In der Nähe gibt es ein Zementwerk. Während unseres 9-tägigen Aufenthaltes empfanden wir den Lärm nur an einem Tag als störend, da der Wind ungünstig stand. An den anderen Tagen übertönten die Wellen, die gegen die Uferbefestigung schlugen, die Arbeitsgeräusche aus dem Zementwerk.Juan ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der uns mit Ausflugstipps versorgte und sich auch bei technischen Problemen schnell kümmerte. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Für Familien denen es nicht auf Sauberkeit ankommt OK.

Unser Aufenthalt war von der Lage her Gut. Die Möbel sin runter gerockt, und alles richt etwas muffig. Haare auf dem Boden wo man hin sieht, Ecken sehr dreckig. Kein Staubsauger und in der Küche klebt alles. Eigentlich schade, denn der Pool nachdem er gechlort wurde ist super, und wenn man das Zementqerk ausböendetneine sehr schöne Gegend.

El alojamiento nos encantó por su tranquilidad y su posición una casa grande y con todo lo q se necesita. Si hay q poner algún pero , la barbacoa q tenía no pudimos utilizarla porque estáva destrozada del uso q tenía, por todo lo demás encantados con el alojamiento nos encantaría volver

Nettes Haus direkt am Meer

Wir waren im April 2024 in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es war alles da was wir brauchten, inklusive Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits des Ortes und man braucht zu Fuß ca. 20 min in den Ort. Man kann am Strand lang laufen um in den Ort zu gelangen, ist aber bei Dunkelheit nicht ganz ungefährlich. Es gibt vor dem Haus einen überdachten PKW Stellplatz. Die Einfahrt ist über zwei Tore mit Fernbedienung möglich. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer, der Terrasse und dem Balkon auf das Meer ist wirklich schön. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses verläuft allerdings eine Schnellstraße mit viel Verkehr. Das ist zum Teil bei offenem Fenster sehr laut.

Casa muy espaciosa y cuidada pero situada un poco "en medio de nada". Interlocutor (Joan) poco comunicativo, aunque flexible (o menos implicado de lo que debiera...). Eran los últimos días de Diciembre y pedí que pusiera la calefacción un rato y no se hizo. Se nos aseguró que habría bomba de calor, pero el aparato estaba estropeado en el 1er piso (habitaciones y baños). El de la buardilla ok y en la planta baja una estufa antigua de bombona de butano, que se tuvo que cambiar al 2º día por estar casi vacía.

Très bon logement pour rayonner autour d'Alcanar

Un grand merci à Joan, le propriétaire, pour son accueil, son logement très pratique et la qualité des conseils qu'il nous a donné à notre arrivée pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Et en effet, le séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est extrêmement bien placé pour rayonner dans les lieux touristiques alentour (Delta de l'Ebre, Miravet, Horta de Sant Joan, Tortosa et Peniscola). Nous avons passé un super séjour et apprécié grandement cette belle région. Et quel plaisir de petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse de la maison face à la mer au mois de novembre !

superbe espace extérieur

Le logement tient ses promesses, uniquement la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas à l'étage. L'espace extérieur est vraiment exceptionnel pour des enfants, une très grande pelouse sécurisée ainsi qu'une grande piscine propre et agréable. Il faudra prendre la voiture pour accéder aux villes alentours, mais à 15 minutes vous avez tout ce qu'il faut dont des villes très sympas avec jeux, marchés nocturnes, restaurant en bord de plage, tournoi de beach volley...

Très bel endroit, sécurisé, calme, respecté par les autres personnes qui partagent le lieu avec les différents logements et la piscine commune. Jolie petite maison mitoyenne dans petite copropriété avec jardin et piscine, place de parking. Belle vue sur mer. Plage un peu plus loin , descente trop abrupte devant la maison. Baignade en Piscine possible en avril même si un peu froide….

Con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones geniales

El alojamiento está muy bien, con la piscina y el mar a un paso. Está muy bien equipado, tiene de todo. Si hay que poner "un pero", es que se estropeó uno de los aires acondicionados y no hubo tiempo de arreglarlo. Se pasó un poco de calor debido al calor extremo que está haciendo. Si viajamos a la zona repetiremos con seguridad. El anfitrión encantador. Gracias Joan
