Our apartment is designed for a cozy stay, equipped with all the essentials
for your comfort. Enjoy cooking in our kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances and a new spacious refrigerator. For your entertainment unwind with a movie on the big smart TV or take advantage of our high-speed internet, included at no extra cost. Many of our guests have highly praised the excellent quality and speed of our internet service, making it perfect for those working from home. The apartment also has a new washing machine, or you can use the laundry services on the first floor of the building, or the coin-operated washing and drying machines in the building next door.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress
ensuring restful nights. Additionally, there’s a sofa in the living room that
provides an extra sleeping space for one more person (sleeping space 115x180 cm). We also provide all necessary bedding
and towels to make your stay comfortable.
On the rooftop of the building there is a pool and sun loungers where you
can always enjoy your time. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy
beautiful views of the tropical garden—a perfect spot to unwind and relax.
Important Note: water and electricity usage is monitored separately and
requires an additional cash payment directly to the host upon checkout, as per
condo complex policies. The price includes a 40$ departure cleaning fee. Check in time - after 15:00, check out - 12:00. The property manager is ready to provide you with support on all issues related to accommodation and amenities. In case you stay longer than two months an extra discount could be discussed.
