This home is directly connected to the boardwalk for easy beach access along with multiple decks. Includes 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths plus outdoor shower, grill and washer & dryer. 15 minute walk into Ocean Beach for restaurants and shopping. Ferry service to/from Bay Shore to either Ocean Beach or Atlantique. Huge beach away from the crowds to enjoy the summer on this beautiful island!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash all used linens and fold them on each bed. Please wash and dry and fold all used bath and beach towels.
Please close all windows and doors. Please lock up and place key back in lock box.
Please take all garbage to the trash bins at bottom of ramp. All trash MUST be in bags. No loose garbage. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
