The villa Eyleen has approximately 2300sqf of living space, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is accessible from the pool. The kitchen with bar counter and bar stools is very generously designed and offers huge space, including a cooking island, breakfast nook with mitered glass window to oversea the entire Faye Canal. In the living area, a large comfortable couch invites you to relax, for formal dinner is a cozy dining area available and another casual area invites you to read, surf the Internet and is often used as a workplace. Outside, the house newly planted vegetation gives the pool area the very special southwestern Florida charm.

In southwest Florida, it's about enjoying life in the sun by the pool or near the water. A boat dock with boat lift, sitting area, kayak launch deck and a captain deck provides additional space for sunbathing or relaxing on the water. The house has been equipped with 3 bicycles and 3 kayaks, 1 stand-up paddle for your comfort during your stay.

As the house has access to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, you should not miss the opportunity to rent a motorboat and visit the white beaches of Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Beach, Pine Island, Captiva or simply enjoy a boat trip through the various canals for a sightseeing tour.

Later in the day, when you are back from the beach or another trip, relax with a cool drink outside by the pool area or use the BBQ gas grill to prepare your favorite steak or fish for you and your family. The lanai area has 4 loungers, an outdoor dinning area for 8 people, a sitting area and a heated pool with waterfall.

When you have finished the day in a quiet atmosphere, you will find 4 very comfortable rooms that allow you to rest and recharge your batteries. The 4 bedrooms are individually designed and give the guest a modern character.
The master suite, located on one side of the house for privacy, offers spacious sitting area living area, king bed, LCD HD TV, walk-in closets and direct access to the master bathroom as well as direct access to the pool area. Connected and separated by a sliding door is the very spacious master bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are on the other side of the house. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. and HD TV, Bedroom 3 has two single beds that can be combined into a king size bed and bedroom 4 has a queen size double bed. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and an indirect ambient lighting, controllable via remote control from the bed.
