A beautiful 5,069 square foot home with 6+ bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has french door access to the balcony which wraps around three sides of the home and offers beautiful views. It is located on almost 1 acre of wooded land minutes from two lakes, yet less than one mile from all of the activities, restaurants and bars of downtown Prescott. Directly across the street is Acker Park, which, boasts of 100 acres of hiking and biking trails. The upper level of the home is a 70' x 14' game room able to accommodate many additional sleepers and / or indoor activities. This is a home where beautiful memories will be made.

Great location for family Christmas fun!

We rented Steve’s place for our family Christmas getaway. We had a great week. We felt like we were secluded in the woods but yet only 1 mile from town. The property is very large and had plenty of room for our adult kids and their spouses. We loved that we could mountain bike, hike etc. And also hit great restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back. Thanks again Steve for letting us stay at your place and create wonderful family memories.

This home is large! The property, while very close to downtown is very secluded. It was fully renovated in 2017 / 2018. Close to lakes for water sports and A city owned 100 Acre Hiking park just outside the front door.
