Everything is brand-spanking- new! It was such a pleasure to have clean, new, lovely designed furniture and appliances, bedding and super soft blankets. Everything pictured is in the home. The kids toys have yet to be played with! The hot tub had lights on the outside, which were very unique and handy to be able to see where you're walking at night next to the tub. The stars are plentiful and remarkable to see from the hot tub or the lounge chair. The views of Granit Mountain are spectacular! We didn't have a horse with us, but the barn is super clean and there's running water, stalls, a trough, and looks secure.

Thank you Dillon for your 5-Star review! We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at our Prescott Ranch Retreat. We are appreciative of all your positive feedback.
We had such a great stay here! The house was perfect for our family and had so much space for everyone to spread out. The bedroom and bathroom setup worked really well, which makes a huge difference when you’re traveling with a big group. The hosts were wonderful. They had Pack ’n Plays and cots available for the kids, and they were always quick to respond if we had a question or needed anything. You can tell they really care about making sure their guests have a good experience. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was labeled, so it was easy to find what we needed, and it had just about anything you could think of. They also had tons of games for the kids and even roasting sticks for making s’mores, which was such a fun touch. We loved the backyard too, with the astroturf and hot tub. It was a great place to relax and spend time together. The house is in Williamson Valley, so it’s a little farther from restaurants and stores than staying in town, but we actually loved that. Williamson Valley is such a beautiful, upscale area, and it was peaceful while still being an easy drive into Prescott whenever we wanted to head into town.We made so many great family memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay with these hosts again. We’d absolutely recommend this home!

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We're so glad the space worked well for your family and that the bedroom and bathroom setup made things easy with a big group. It means a lot to hear the kitchen, games, and backyard with the astroturf and hot tub added to the fun, and that the Pack 'n Plays and cots came in handy for the kids. Williamson Valley really is a peaceful, beautiful spot, and we love that guests appreciate the quiet setting while still being close to Prescott. Knowing you made great family memories here is exactly what we hope for, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.
