Super location

Location, accueil, propreté, tout y était pour cuisiner, se distraire. Lits très confortables De plus la propriétaire est charmante et nous a même rendu service suite à notre panne de voiture. Nous la remercions vivement. Merci aussi pour la petite attention en arrivant : bouteille d'eau au frigo ainsi qu'une bouteille de vin. Nous ne pouvons qu'être ravis de cette location ou même notre petite chienne a pris plaisir dans ce beau jardin. Merci Annie. C+JP les Bretons

Nous avons séjourné avec notre chien dans cette magnifique maison à Elne. L'hôtesse Annie était très aimable et prévenante. Merci beaucoup pour les cadeaux de bienvenue ! Nous nous sommes sentis très bien là-bas. La maison est grande et elle répond à tous les souhaits. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le jardin, qui est entièrement clôturé. Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir dans les environs ; les magasins sont tous à proximité immédiate. Nous avons apprécié d'aller chercher des croissants et de la baguette fraîche le matin et le marché d'Elne est une bonne surprise. Nous y retournerions à tout moment. Merci Madame Annie !

La maison parfaite pour notre séjour

Nous avions choisi cette maison car notre petite chienne est une fugueuse et nous voulions un jardin clos. La maison est spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Elle est située en plein Elne, un bon point de départ pour se rendre dans les villes côtières comme Collioure, Banyuls, Saint-Cyprien... Une place de parking est disponible juste devant la porte, ce qui est très pratique. Ana a été une hôtesse fantastique et extrêmement arrangeante. Nous recommandons cette propriété sans retenue.

Cadre ideal et charmantes attentions pour un séjour réussi

Le jardin et sa cuisine d'été font le charme de cette maison idéalement située pour rayonner sur toutes la côte catalane entre perpignanais et rosés en Espagne. Un grand merci à Annie pour son accueil chaleureux et ses multiples attentions durant notre séjours ( jeux pour les enfants, légumes et fruits de son jardin, confitures maison...) des vacances très réussies ! Nous espérons revenir prochainement.

La propriétaire est aux petits soins , très accueillante et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Villa confortable , proche de toutes commodités et des plages , au calme en plein centre ville ... Seul petit bémol , l'absence de climatisation à l'étage ! Jardin totalement clos très agréable pour la farniente . La terrasse et la cuisine d'été sont appréciables. Sommes ravis d'avoir découvert cette région

Très agréable maison

La maison est très fonctionnelle, très agréable à vivre et très propre. Au rez de chaussée une grande pièce à vivre très lumineuse avec cuisine ouverte. A l'étage 2 chambres et 1 sdb. En dépendance une chambre que nous n'avons pas utilisé. A l'extérieur une grande terrasse avec table et chaises de jardin près d'un citronnier et carré de pelouse avec transats ; en plus cuisine pour l'extérieur et douche extérieure. Maison en centre ville proche boulangerie et commerces. Située à 10 mins de la plage d'Argeles sur mer, 15 mins de Collioure, 15 mins du centre de Perpignan et au pied des Pyrénées. A visiter autour : Collioure, villefranche (1h), perpignan, réserve africaine de Sigean (1h), randonnées et plages. Propriétaire réactive et flexible, accueil chaleureux.

Que dire ? Location parfaite. Idéalement située , remarquablement reçus, et maison extrement bien equipee. Situation géographique idéale. Lovely house and garden, beautifully maintained

We enjoyed our stay in Elne. The house is lovely and the village very pretty. This property is perfect for families as well as dog owners (it is secured from the outside so the backdoor can be left open). I would definitely recommend this residence.

Arrivée dans une rue tranquille pour une location de maison de ville ... mais derrière la porte un patio verdoyant avec transats invitant à la sieste et de l'autre côté une grande terrasse avec cuisine d'été le tout présenté par une propriétaire accueillante et chaleureuse à l'image de sa maison ! expérience a renouveler sans modération pour retrouver presque des amis. Maison très bien située pour point de départ de nombreuses visites....

Très jolie et agréable Maison situé à proximité du centre d'Elne. Maison très propre avec joli jardin entièrement clos : génial pour la sécurité des enfants. Cuisine et douche d'été : très pratique. De plus Propriétaire très accueillant et très sympa. Nous avons passé 3 excellentes semaines au calme : très bonne adresse à recommander !
