Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Mountain walks on the threshold of the house. Shopping center in 10 minutes. 20 min from ArgelĂšs-sur-Mer, 30 of Collioure. ArgelĂšs is an ideal center for sailing sports, scuba diving, jet skiing, etc. Wonderful excursions around on the hilltop historical sites in scenic places.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und schöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Der Kontakt zum Inhaber und zum Betreuer des Objektes war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Checkin und Checkout völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage. Man ist absolut ungestört. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, die tollen StrĂ€nde schnell erreichbar und trotz Hochsaison haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden und auch an den StrĂ€nden war es nicht zu voll. Wir fanden die AtmosphĂ€re in der Gegend sehr entspannt. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich und kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

AgrĂ©able sĂ©jour en famille dans cette maison situĂ©e au dessus de la plaine du Roussillon. La vue est dĂ©gagĂ©e vers la mer et Perpignan. Le jardin est bien agencĂ© et trĂšs agrĂ©able avec plusieurs espaces de dĂ©tente.Notre sĂ©jour Ă©tait au mois de juillet et la tempĂ©rature est supportable avec le vent de montagne.Piscine Ă  28C : parfait On peut partir directement en randonnĂ©e sans prendre la voiture vers le puig Cristau (3h)La route pour atteindre la maison est plutĂŽt raide.Sinon le lieu est idĂ©alement placĂ© pour aller Ă  la plage d’Argeles ou Banyuls, au lac de Saint Jean Pla de Corts, au Perthus, en Espagne visiter Figueras avec son musĂ©e de Dali

Erholsame Tage in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt super ruhig in exponierter Lage! Pool und Terrasse und Ausblick sind ein Traum! Man ist aufs Auto angewiesen und kann die Region KĂŒste/ PyrenĂ€en wunderbar erkunden. Selbst der Weg zum BĂ€cker ist mit dem Fahrrad eine sportliche Herausforderung.

Lovely location, excellent pool

The views are great. The pool is smallish but one of the best we've ever had. The house is clean and smart and tastefully decorated. As so often in the South in the summer, you'll need to keep shutters closed during the day to keep it cool - but that's OK because you're by the pool! Well-equipped kitchen (although no microwave). Friendly and accommodating owner and local agent.

Tolle Aussicht und wunderbar ruhig

Die Lage des Ferienhauses am Hang des östlichen PyrenĂ€enauslĂ€ufers ist absolut toll - die Sicht reicht vom Canigu im Westen bis zum Meer im Osten. Allerdings ist der Aufstieg per Rad sehr steil und ergibt eine gute Trainingseinheit! Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und zweckmĂ€ssig eingerichtet; der Garten mit Pool und großer Terrasse wunderschön angelegt und liebevoll gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Traumhaft

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage mit einer faszinierenden Aussicht. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und gut geschnitten, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Die Terrassen bieten einen wunderschönen Blick ĂŒber die Ebene von ArgelĂšs bis zum Meer und der Pool lĂ€dt ein zum Verweilen. Unmittelbar vom Haus aus kann man schöne Touren mit dem Mountainbike oder dem Rennrad starten (der RĂŒckweg mit dem Rennrad ist aufgrund der Höhenlage und der Steigung allerdings anspruchsvoll). Insgesamt haben wir als fĂŒnfköpfige Familie hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.

Les trois espaces extérieurs en terrasse et le soin apporté au jardin sont les conditions idéales pour passer de bonnes vacances. L'intérieur de la maison est fonctionnel.

Vue magnifique entre terre et mer

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette propriété le jardin est magnifique la vue est juste splendide. Seul petit bémol, la literie et la propreté à notre arrivée. Mais tout ceci a été compensé pas ce calme et cette vue. Le jardin est magnifiquement bien entretenu et trÚs aromatique. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette maison. Famille Thomas Van Sante

VUE A COUPER LE SOUFFLE, IMPRESSIONNANTE.

La propriété reflÚte exactement les photos mises en ligne. La vue est splendide, on ne s'en lasse pas ! La piscine est grande, chauffée, ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir en profiter tous les jours. Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes avec l'envie de revenir. A souligner le jardin entretenu magnifiquement et avec originalité des formes des arbustes, par ERIC, le Jardinier, toujours souriant, trÚs discret et disponible qui nous a accueilli lors de notre arrivée bien chaleureusement. Le calme qui entoure cette propriété située dans une impasse, est idéal pour pouvoir passer de vraies vacances reposantes loin des tumultes urbains. B. ASSO

Charmante maison avec jardin et vue magnifiques, au calme, dans les hauteurs.

Un séjour trÚs agréable dans une maison charmante, fonctionnelle, avec 2 espaces chambres et salles de bain qui permettent d'avoir 2 espaces indépendants. La cuisine ouverte sur le salon est largement équipée avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Une mention spéciale pour le jardin qui est magnifique avec les différentes terrasses. On peut découvrir toute la diversité des plantes en déambulant dans les différentes petites allées. La vue est splendide. Merci à Eric pour l'entretien du jardin et de la piscine. La maison est dans un lieu trÚs calme, peu fréquenté mais proche de toutes les commodités (voiture indispensable). Un trÚs beau lieu pour découvrir la région (Collioure, ArgelÚs...)

Une belle surprise. Exactement comme sur les photos, un lieu magnifique dans un jardin d'une beauté à couper le souffle. Rien à redire tout était parfait, piscine, maison, localisation... Nous espérons pouvoir revenir.

Un cadre magnifique et une maison trÚs agréable, je ne suis pas déçue !

Je ne regrette absolument pas mes vacances, la vue est comme promise, magnifique de jour comme de nuit. La maison est situĂ©e tout en haut de la colline, au calme dans un Ă©crin de verdure. L'endroit est propre et bien entretenu (Monsieur Eric est adorable). Le jardin typique de cette rĂ©gion (sur plusieurs niveaux avec plusieurs terrasses) est bien entretenu et trĂšs verdoyant. La piscine chauffĂ©e est un rĂ©el plus, que du bonheur ! Il y a tout le confort nĂ©cessaire, d'ailleurs la 3Ăšme chambre avec salle d'eau et accĂšs piscine (non prĂ©sentĂ©e sur les photos) est une agrĂ©able surprise. Si je devais chipoter, je dirai qu'un "vrai" parasol serait le bienvenu, et qu'une petite plancha Ă©lectrique de table ne remplace pas un barbecue pour les grillades en extĂ©rieur. Un micro-onde serait aussi un plus. Je ne peux que conseiller cette jolie location, d'ailleurs, j'y retournerai probablement moi mĂȘme !
