This is a charming home located off historic Centerville rd. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings and many windows. The screened-in sun room is great for relaxing, complete with rocking chairs and a hammock. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. The house is located on a semi cul de sac and has a keypad entry. Uber services the area and the owner is just a tap away for your convenience. The home features a near by park and Lake. There is also a golf course within a mile designed by award-winning golf architect Chris Wilczynski. Also, a near by loacal brewery and restaurant DEEP Brewing Co. located in a 3 min drive. A new park with pickleball courts etc is within a 2 min drive.
