About this property

Sea Pines! Total renovation completed in 2022! Just a bike ride from the beach!

The Blue Crab Cottage at 74 Forest Drive is a wonderful open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a Carolina room, and is centrally located in Sea Pines in the private Greenwood Forest Neighborhood. Our home away from home is newly remodeled and redecorated to make your vacation a comfortable and relaxing escape from reality! About 1 mile from beautiful private beaches and a lovely 8-10 minute bike ride to The Sea Pines Beach Club our home is the perfect location to all that Sea Pines has to offer. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds and one bedroom has two full sized beds. Each bedroom comes equipped with a TV and luxury linens, including a clean duvet cover for each new guest. There is a large great room and a newly remodeled kitchen with a sitting area. There is also a cozy Carolina room with a 75 inch TV that could be used for an extra sleeping area. The laundry room is huge and can house all of your beach towels and toys. The master bedroom has a private bathroom remodeled in 2020 with his and her vanities, and a large walk-in closet. The rear deck is equipped with a Weber grill and beautiful bistro lighting. We provide 4 beach chairs and 2 tennis rackets, and other various beach toys. The Greenwood Forest pool is a 1 minute bike ride from our cottage. We will provide up to two vehicle passes for your stay which will be mailed to you prior to your arrival. ( n/a if you book a week prior to your stay. Please discuss this with the owner)No waiting in line to pick up your passes after a long day of traveling! The Greenwood Forest neighborhood is a quiet, private, pet-friendly community that has a community pool, tennis courts, basketball court, a playground area for residents and guests, and bike paths that lead to Harbor Town, restaurants, beaches, and marinas. We are pet friendly with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet plus an additional $100.00 per pet if bringing more than one. Dogs only. Please discuss with owner if bringing more than one pet.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful, big and clean, close to everything you need to see in Hilton Head. Biking distance to the beach, Harbour town, the horses stable…Couldn’t ask for a better vacation! Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at this property and we really love this house and neighborhood. The size of the home was great for grandparents, parents, toddler and our dogs. Communication with the host is great. There are several different living areas in the home which worked well for parents needing to work remote one of the weeks. Decor and renovations are beautiful.

Fabulous Vacation!

Can’t say enough about our stay. Tina is so reachable and full of information. We had the family and the two dogs and the area is perfect for a dog walking, taking them to the beach. Everything is within 10 to 20 minutes. You can walk and bike to the beach! Just fabulous vacation didn’t want to leave.

Lovely Beach Getaway

Best Thanksgiving Ever

This property is amazing. The house is spacious, the kitchen is wonderfully updated, there are so many spaces in this home to relax and enjoy. The location is perfect too with quick access to beach, shops and harbor. Love this neighborhood and definitely would love to plan another stay here.
