ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Welcome to Sand Beach Cottage, where the beauty of Lake Michigan meets the comfort of a private retreat. Nestled just steps from the water’s edge, this cozy gem boasts access to what many would argue is one of Wisconsin’s best beaches—pristine, private, and wonderfully expansive.

A winding grass driveway leads you to the 1,150-square-foot cottage, tucked on 1.1 acres and surrounded by cedar forest on three sides. The result? Total privacy and front-row seats to stunning 180° lake views. Plus, direct beach access makes your path to paradise all too easy.

Inside, the main living area has been thoughtfully renovated to bring the outdoors in, with uninterrupted views of both the sparkling lake and the cedar-lined woods. Facing south, the cottage is bathed in natural light, with a living and dining area that perfectly frames the scenery.

The recently upgraded kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking a breeze. And for those who aren’t fans of well water, we’ve added a reverse osmosis (RO) faucet—because even your drinking water should feel like a treat!

The cottage comfortably sleeps six guests across three cozy bedrooms (two queen beds and a bunk room) and features two full bathrooms. The lake-side master suite now includes a newly renovated en-suite bathroom, offering a touch of luxury to your stay. And yes, we’re all about comfort: beds come with freshly upgraded luxury linens and duvet covers, all professionally laundered.

THE EXTRAS THAT MAKE YOUR STAY EFFORTLESS

We’ve thought of everything to make your getaway as seamless as possible. Need to do laundry? There’s a washer and dryer--with detergent--in one of the bathrooms. Summer heat? Whole-house A/C has you covered. Want to freshen up with a view? Check out our enclosed outdoor shower—it’s a guest favorite!

Cook outdoors with the Weber gas grill, or cozy up for a movie night with complimentary access to Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and AppleTV+ (sorry, no cable). For family fun, the cottage is stocked with games, books, and toys for all ages—and we’re happy to customize toy offerings upon request.

Of course, no beach day is complete without the right gear. You’ll find beach chairs, chaise lounges, umbrellas, boogie boards, child-size life jackets, and plenty of beach toys waiting for you.
