Located on the Surfside Beach/Garden City line in the secure gated beach community of Oceanside Village, our home is just a few steps to the Atlantic. Lounge on the wrap-around deck at one of the most spacious floor plan homes in 'The Keys' community.

Our home is fully-equipped with everything you'll need for a great vacation.. Three bedrooms - (the master bedroom has a pillow-top kingsize bed);(check out the pictures below); two fullsize baths, a large living room and fully equiped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player.There is broadband/wireless Internet as well as High Definition on the big screen TV in the living room. Shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and other necessities are all close at hand. We also have an indoor and outdoor pool very close by..

Enjoy all the comforts of both indoor (heated) and outdoor pools, five lighted tennis courts, and huge enclosed play area - all with 24 hour security. Best of all, the community offers private beach access with parking for your vehicles and/or golf carts right at the dune. The Conch Cafe, our oceanfront restaurant is just down the street from the beach house and adjacent to our private beach access parking area. They serve everything from light fare to full course meals. Just 10 minutes south is Murrells Inlet with some of the best seafood restaurants in the area. A 'marsh walk' connects some of the restaurants where you can stroll after dinner. You can either dine indoor or out.

To the north is Marketplace with specialty shops and a 14-screen theatre. It has Myrtle Beach's first Gordon Biersch brewery and restaurant, and a Tommy Bahama restaurant. Also nearby is Broadway at the Beach, (with Ripley's Believe it or Not Aquarium, NASCAR Raceway arcade), Further north Barefoot Landing has the House of Blues and the Alabama theater.

The main entrance to the Oceanside Village complex is located directly across Highway 17 from Tupelo Bay Golf Center . Grocery and liquor stores are directly across from the main entrance as well. Just down the road is a water park and go-cart track.

The house was very clean and suited us well. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes and cookware that we needed. The AC worked well and it was very hot outside. The golf cart was a great way to get to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay Close to Family Fun

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Bev's Beach House and had access to everything we needed. The location of the property and amenities of the complex were a nice change from our usual vacation spot. We enjoyed the ease of the private beach access and the community pools also! Would definitely reccomend Bev's Beach House!

Great Vacation Home

This is a great home for a family getaway. The location is terrific and the house is beautiful. It was so nice to have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, the hot tub, and close access to the beach. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your golf cart. It truly made the trip wonderful. The outside gate was a great way to allow us to spend time on the deck without the dogs getting loose.

COZY VACATION HOME

Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a cozy and clean vacation rental. The location is great and a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Owner responds quickly and is very helpful if needed. We had some issues at home while we’re on vacation. She was very understanding and kind. Very much appreciated.

2023 Family Beach Vacation

We loved the house and the location in the neighborhood. The golf cart and bikes were a great addition and one of the reasons we rented this house. The beach parking is just across the road and is private for the community which was really nice! We enjoyed the neighborhood pools, ponds and playgrounds! Our dog loved the dog park and we liked that it was a short walk to take her. The owners are very nice and helpful! We would recommend this house to any family!

We had an amazing stay at YOUR PLACE in the SUN. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The golf cart provided by the owner was a great addition and made getting around easy. The beach was just a short walk or cart ride away, and the neighborhood amenities were great! The fact that it was dog friendly made it even better. Our pooch loved the relaxing deck, beach, and the short proximity to the community dog park. Having private access to the beach with gated golf cart parking was unique and convenient. Beverly was incredibly helpful and responsive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this property for a memorable beach vacation.

Fun time. Had everything we needed. We walked home from beach once and it wasn’t real far. Golf cart parking lot right on beach was awesome. Front gate staff very cordial. Overall place was pretty perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Needs a good cleaning. Blinds pretty dusty, couches were a little worn, rug needing a good shampoo. However, NO bugs, no spiders or bugs! Yah!!

Golf cart

When I first rented this place it supposedly came with a golf cart. When I got the rental agreement she wanted it signed and sent back asap so I didn't get a chance to read it so we didn't know you no longer get to use it. Hopefully she took that out of her description!!

Home away from home

This was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. We have stayed in many rental homes before and usually have our bin of essentials from paper products to salt and pepper to sand toys but Bev had more than enough staples in her home that made it feel like our own home! The location was ideal; a quick walk to the dog park and playground as well as the beach and the bonus of using Bev's beautiful golf cart added to the ease of bringing things to the beach. Bev was amazing to work with, especially with communication after the hurricane. Our family had a wonderful vacation!

Awesome location and fully stocked home

We had the best week at Bev’s! Everything you could need for the week, lots of space to relax. My husband & kids loved being so close to the beach as well as the pond behind it. It was an added bonus we could bring our pup, she’s part of our family. We will definitely be back!

Hi, I'm Bev, married to John. We are both grandparents from previous marriages. John had two sons - one passed away from lung cancer. He has one grandson. I have a son and a daughter - both married, and my daughter has three kids. John and I love to travel, and we love the beach. We come to the beach as often as our jobs will allow us to. We hope (know) you love the beach too, or you would not be coming to the Myrtle Beach area. We also hope you Love our house at 1608 Mason Circle, and will be returning again.

Why they chose this property

1608 Mason Circle, in the 'Keys' section of Oceanside Village, we are located about 1/2 block from the beach - walking distance. The deck is a quiet peaceful setting to relax if you want to chill away from the rush of the beach. We are centrally located between Murrills Inlet and Myrtle Beach - close enough to enjoy all of the excitement of Myrtle Beach but not have to deal with all the crazy crowds.
