Beautiful, remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo across from Kamaole 1 Beach and Charley Young Beach. Cove Beach Park is only a short walk away! This condo is in a spectacular location in South Kihei.

We invite you to stay and enjoy our Contemporary Beach designed condo while you are on Maui!
New sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress! All new linens and towels. 3 AC units and gorgeous silestone counters and high end appliances! Vizio sound bar with 55' smart television in the main living area.

Relax for morning coffee or enjoy a cocktail at sunset on the lanai while taking in amazing views of the ocean and Haleakala!

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to be a chef. You'll enjoy the gorgeous silestone counters and high end appliances. The kitchen is open to the main living area so you can still enjoy conversation with your family.

Each bedroom offers a private bathroom. The bedrooms each have air conditioners for a cool night's sleep! The mattresses are top-of-the-line and very comfortable.

Main living area boasts partial ocean views, comfortable seating, flat screen Smart TV for streaming and a Vizio sound bar. Separate air conditioner for the main living area along with a New sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress!

Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are all included making your trip to the beach easy and enjoyable.

Nice pool area with hot tub and grills for the nights you'd like to cook at home and enjoy being outdoors just a little longer!

Pacific Shores location is ideal. You can walk across the street to two of the favorite beaches in Kihei - Kamaole 1 Beach and Charley Young Beach! Stroll down to the local coffee shop or enjoy a shave ice. Cafe O'Lei is around the corner or drop in for a cold beverage at The Pool Bar and listen to live music! The New Kihei Cafe is right next door!

Alexander and Baldwin Sugar Museum and Bailey House Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Kamalo Wharf and Kaʻahumanu Church. Maui Fish Pipe and Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Headquarters are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.

Great location so close to the beach

The place was wonderful. Very close to beach. Quiet, clean, very functional. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

What a beautifully decorated and cozy little condo. We enjoyed our stay here in August. It was perfect for our family of 5. Condo is exactly as picture and is well stocked with all your vacation needs. We throughly enjoyed the beach directly across the street. One of our favorites from our entire vacation.

What an amazing condo. Location was great. We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed every minute. It was nice to have beach chairs and umbrella. Located next to the Maui Coasr Hotel. They have love entertainment nightly. Great happy hour.

We had an amazing time at Barbie’s apartment. Barbie was quick to reply as soon as we booked our trip and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The apartment is very clean and in a nice building. It’s close to beautiful beaches and some great food spots the Thai place a few blocks down was delicious!

Conveniently near the beach

Great view from the lanai. Easy walking distance to the beach. Convenient to shopping centers and plaza. We love hanging out at the pool and hot tub too! Not a over populated complex, so its quite and enjoyable. My host was accommodating and readily available. Thumbs up!

Wonderful place to stay.

Had a great wonderful time. The place was very organized and everything was labeled. They had lots of good items to use- umbrella, coolers, chairs and sand toys. I would gladly stay here again! It was minutes (3-5 min depending on cross light) away walking from the beach so we didn't have to get sand in the car!

Our family of 4 (kids ages 12 and 10), loved our 2 week stay at Pacific Shores! Clean unit, comfortable beds, functional kitchen, great beach chairs and umbrella, air conditioning, close to everything and perfect for what we needed. Barbie was fantastic and attentive with quick response times. Would recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to stay in the Kehei area. The condo was very clean and tidy. A perfect spot to get away with a fantastic view. I wished we could of extended our stay but we had to go to another island. Great stay in Kihei!

Perfect spot for two couples to enjoy Maui. Convenient location - within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, etc... Stairs/elevator up to unit. Cute decor throughout. Fully outfitted with everything you need, including beach towels & gear. Cooling via three separate units (one per room) was adequate. Beds/bedding very comfortable. Property manager great to work with. Parking spots convenient as well. Would stay here again!

Incredible experience!

This property is perfectly located for activities anywhere on the island. The unit was perfect for our girls getaway. There were a few items we forgot to bring with us and were pleasantly surprised when we found them inside the unit for us to use. Barbie couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was wonderful to work with and we would definitely rent here again!

Great Location

We enjoyed the ocean view from the lanai, all the beach chairs and towels supplied, the well appointed kitchen, having a washer and dryer in our condo and free parking. Beaches and a variety of shops and restaurants were short walk. We appreciated that Barbie, the property manager, was quick to respond to questions and a couple of maintenance issues we had. We think the cleaning crew missed a few spots when cleaning after the previous renters. Overall the unit was ready for us when we arrived.

A decent place

I stayed here with my spouse, child, and parents. It definitely felt tight with the five of us, the rooms and bathrooms are are small as is the living area. It was further from the beach than I thought it would be and we didn't end up walking there at all--the beaches that were closest were also pretty washed out during our stay due to storms so that was a contributing factor. The host was great at communicating which was helpful and check-in was easy. Overall it was clean but just felt somewhat dingy. The pool area was also not open during our stay which was a bummer since we'd planned on using it.

I’ve found my ‘every trip to Maui’ home!

This lovely tropical home has and is ‘everything’! A prompt, friendly manager, comfortable beds (even best memory foam hide-a-bed!), cleanliness, sought-after quiet (birds chirping welcomed!), well-equipped with all your needs, great beaches across the street, easy walking to others and to restaurants, easy drive to anywhere, best weather on the island, sunsets, sunrises...did I say, ‘everything’? Kihei Condo Awesome place to stay across from the beach

This condo is fabulous! It is right across the street from the beach and has a lovely pool, with a large BBQ area, where we grilled several meals. There are enough tables and chairs to dine by the pool. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are as pictured and are perfect. The kitchen is supplied with all you need, we cooked several meals with ease. We were able to feed 9 people comfortably in this unit. The evening sunsets from the lanai are gorgeous. A parking spot is included and there is an elevator to bring food and belongings to the 4th level. Barbie, our host was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you. Absolutely loved the stay and the town

Super clean unit and everything was top notch! Wonderful appliances. Everything you could need in the kitchen to mostly not cook :). Great towels and sheets, comfy bed, and everything needed for the beach. All bathrooms were clean (not sure what that one review was talking about mold. Maybe they left review on wrong property) Everything was super clean and nice. Loved the town as well. Great beach we could walk out of the parking lot and across small road to. Local restaurants amazing. Food truck park all the time and artisan fair on Thursdays. PeaceLove Shave ice a short walk, as well as deli. Food stores just a mile or so. I don't even know if we will get rental car next time :). Super quick reply anytime I had a question. Thanks Barbie for everything. Two bedrooms and two baths perfect for me, my husband, and teenage son. And beautiful view from the deck.

Comfortable, convenient and low-key

This condo is comfortable and well-equipped with plenty of bedding, kitchen items, and basic supplies. It is in a low-key area of the island, away from the hustle of the resorts and a close walk to nice beaches. We enjoyed Charley Young beach and the beginner’s surf beach just to the North of it. The beds are comfortable, and being on the top floor with concrete walls, we never heard a neighbor and slept soundly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and as described. The only negative was the ongoing construction of a new building in the lot next door. We felt deceived/disappointed, as I chose this place over others because the main picture used for advertising made me believe that we would be looking over tranquil palm trees to the ocean beyond. You can still see the partial ocean view, but it is not pleasant to hear and see the construction site starting at 6:30 am each morning. It takes away from the ambiance of the lanai and pool as well. Once this project is complete, I would recommend staying here if you want a pleasant, low-key vibe away from the resorts.

We are located in the heart of South Kihei, across the street from Kamaole 1 Beach and Charley Young Beach. A short walk to The Cove, which is a great spot to learn how to surf! Walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee, Shave Ice and shopping! Kihei is a quaint beach town, so it's a great place to go out and meet the locals! Easy access to the main highway for the days you want to explore the rest of the Island.
