We really enjoyed our stay here . Host was excellent. The location was perfect for us with shops/food in walking distance and the beach across the street. Check in/out was very easy and the condo was as decribed in the photos. No surprises. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beach gear was also much appreciated. The air conditioning was great...quiet and cold and controllable for each room. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect to get out do anything you wanted. If you enjoy the beach, then it is literally a 5 minute walk. If you want to go explore, you are 20 minutes away from getting to most things. A quiet and peaceful place.

Joe was very responsive and had everything we needed ready during our stay. The space was clean, tidy and conveniently located near restaurants, shops and prime snorkeling spots. We appreciated having all the seasonings and sauces available for cooking in, the beach chairs and even the aloe gel for the long beach days. Would highly recommend staying here!

This condo was perfect for our needs as a family of four (kids are teenagers). We loved how close it was to the beach! We did early morning walks on the beach, used the beach at daytime and then walked over again for sunsets every night. There were Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, noodles, cooler bags, good beach towels (the kind that sand doesn't stick to and that roll up small) ... everything we needed, including aloe for sunburns. We also appreciated how the kitchen had stainless steel cookware and everything you'd need to make some meals there, including 4 grills at the pool which we utilized many times. It was also great to be on the ground floor and have free parking close to the unit. It's perfectly located for all the fun things to do in Kihei, not far from Wailea either (10 min.) and 20 minutes from the airport. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the Host was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Joe's place! - Rachel and Chris*One word of caution however for those who are EMF sensitive, there are 12 smart meters on the outside wall to the living room because it's a corner unit.

The host Joe was very quick with a response if needed great communication!The beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows and the showers had plenty of hot water…The kitchen was nicely stocked witha variety of different things for cooking.The beach chairs were a great addition as well as the soft sided ice chest.I have never stayed on the Kihei side before it was surrounded by a lot of great places to visit including Charlie Young Beach down the street some.I think the only thing we weren’t aware of is the back sitting area wasn’t really a great place to sit like we thought.You will enjoy your stay
