The “sofa bed” was broken and looked like a rhino had sat on and crushed it. It wasn’t even usable as a sofa anymore. At check in, the key cards didn’t work. Had to call the property manager, who was apparently out of town, but the stand-in was able to help us out. Still very inconvenient. The water in the shower was hot for about 30 seconds, than fluctuated between luke warm and cold. Only redeeming factor was the proximity to the gondola.
The location is great and very close to the skiing. However, the property manager contacted me the day I was going to check in to tell me that the water in the shower didn't work and to offer a 75% refund on my stay. However, he never provided the refund and has not answered any of my texts or calls since my stay.
The listing is very inaccurate it doesn't have a usable couch it doesn't sleep with a sofa bed it had two drinking glasses which were both cracked it's a huge misrepresentation of what the listing is come on VRBO do a better job care about what is in your listing options. Refund my money!!

The location and the pool/hot tub were great. The sofa sleeper was in pieces and not usable. The Murphy bed mattress felt like a 400 pound person slept on it for 20 years. There was one small juice glass to drink from, one spoon to use, not a single spatula of any kind, no mixing bowl. The floor was the most comfortable place to sleep. I contacted the host before our stay and was told that the sofa sleeper was fixed and in great condition and that the kitchen was fully stocked. All lies. I asked specifically about these issues. I could have packed and air mattress and kitchen supplies if I would not have been lied to.

You get what you pay for. There was no hot water, the bed was very uncomfortable and the kitchen was poorly stocked, it didn't even have any glasses. It is also very hard to find and check in is extremely confusing as is the lock to the condo. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants and a good price, but a warm shower would have been nice.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re glad to hear the location and value worked well for your stay, but we’re truly sorry for the frustrations you experienced. We sincerely apologize for the lack of hot water during your visit. Our team has since resolved the issue to ensure future guests have a comfortable stay. We also appreciate your notes about the bed, kitchen supplies, and the difficulty with finding the property and checking in. We’re reviewing each of these items with our local team so we can improve the clarity of our directions, refresh the kitchen essentials, and make the overall experience smoother. Your comments are incredibly helpful, and we’re grateful you brought them to our attention.
Very limited kitchen amenities. For example only 4 coffee mugs and 1 wine glass, nothing else to drink out of. Coffee maker but no coffee filters, improvised and used paper towels. The stove cooktop is so uneven pots slide off the burners. No hot water in the shower. But there was hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sinks.Couch is not usable. It looks like someone used it as a trampoline! So don’t plan on anyone sleeping on the couch/hide a bed. Murphy bed mattress dips in the middle so two people will both slide into the middle.

Great value for the location
Loved the location, location, location, the pool & hot tubs (when we had a working key to enter the area 😉 - it took the staff two days to replace the one key that stopped working, but they left 4 keys). Overall a great spot, even with the pool key hiccup.
It was a nice cozy little studio to stay in. The check-in process was a little confusing at first but I got it figured out. I wish the lighting was a little brighter, all the lights were so dim. I did love that it was literally a few min walk to the Gondola!
10 digit code instead of a key or something you could remember was a pain. The murphy bead 0 support and folded in like a taco.

Location was the best part
No hot water in the shower, stove top burners did not work and a constant loud fan noise that prevented a good night sleep since the bed is in the living room. The Location was so close to the gondola it at least made these items manageable, but I would recommend staying in another condo if you have the option and extra funds to do so.

Property is in an amazing location walking distance to the lift. The building itself has some nice facilities, and seems well maintained, heating was good and not noisy.
Main issue was the sofa bed which I have reported to the owner as being very uncomfortable. I recommend throwing in an air mattress if you are considering any guests sleeping on the sofa bed.

Check in was great. Location great. Room was not clean. Trash behind the couch. Hair all over the bedding and floor. Bed was so uncomfortable. Called the manager to get a different comforter as there was hair all over and didn’t hear from her after she said someone would switch it out after the 1st night. Couch and chair we did. It use. Place had an old dirty smell to it. If a few things would change this place would be a great place.

False Advertising & Poor Customer Service
We were very much looking forward to use of the pool, hot tub, and other amenities during our stay, but did not have access. There was no follow up to our multiple inquiries during our stay. These amenities were all pictured and noted in the property listing. Then to top it off, we had no hot water during a portion of the stay! We will never rent from Vacasa again!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Raymond. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay, including the lack of access to the pool, hot tub, and other amenities, as well as the hot water problem. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide our guests, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and discomfort you faced.
We are very sorry to hear that there was no follow-up to your multiple inquiries. This is unacceptable, and we will review our communication processes to ensure better responsiveness in the future. The amenities you mentioned should have been available as advertised, and we will investigate why they were not accessible during your stay. We appreciate your feedback, and we hope to have another opportunity to host you and provide a flawless experience.
If you enjoy the sounds of jackhammering and heavy duty impact wrenches on steel containers, combined with waiting in your car for construction crews to move, this is the property for you! We were prepared for buildings around the property to have some construction, but this property only had one lane open to get to the parking garage that was regularly blocked by construction crews. The only source of fresh air was the sliding glass door and there was an active jackhammer work ongoing outside that door. Additional work in the comdos being built was almost as loud as the jackhammer. Vacasa was awful to deal with, saying that they had no idea if the construction schedule. If they have visited the property anytime within the last 6 mos, they should have had an idea and disclosed it. We go to Summit County in the summer to relax, which was impossible at this property while some of the construction is ongoing. We finally got Vacasa to move us, but it took almost an entire day of trying to reach the “local team” and continually calling back. The local person I did finally speak with told me that they can’t be aware of what’s going on with a property, so scary to think that the get paid for managing a property and are unaware of what’s going on with it. FWIW, the studio seemed decent, just be aware of the construction.

Hi Al, thank you for being our guest and taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the noise disturbance from construction happening across the street. We appreciate you sharing your concerns so our team could relocate you and we hope the rest of your stay unfolded with ease. Our local manager assured us that the notes have been updated to note that there is construction across the street and guests might experience noise during regular business hours. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.
Horrible experience all around. This is not a VRBO property! The Booking Guarantee does not apply!
I was traveling with my mobility limited, senior mother. We booked this unit specifically for the outdoor patio described, as we enjoy eating breakfast and playing cards outside in the morning, and my mother is slow moving in the mornings. The patio was unusable due to construction, and was not as described. Clouds of exhaust, jackhammers and heavy equipment working 15 ft from the door, loud noise starting 7am with no soundproofing. Vrbo said they could not honor the booking guarantee because the unit is run by vacasa.com and vacasa would have to handle it. Vacasa said they would not because there was not construction on that unit specifically. Even though we pointed out that the outdoor space advertised was not at all as described and was currently unusable due to bit of rocks bouncing into our legs, cursing men yelling at each other in the garden area described as being for the unit, and machinery being stored so close that the little corner patio was chocked with unmoving exhaust, they said the construction was not impeding use of the unit. A huge amount of back and forth with vrbo and vacasa, got told several times it would be handled - changed plans to be available to move - then suddenly it was "oh yeah, oops we lied".
To top this off, it took hours to get checked in, and the info provided was incorrect (wrong gate code, keys were not where described, the door to access them was locked). The elevator was also broken at checkout.

Thank you for your review and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced during your stay with us. Our local team strives to provide every one of our guests with the best vacation possible. We are so sorry if our standards were not met during your time with us. Please know that this has been forwarded to our local operations manager to avoid future complaints. We do hope we will have another chance to host your stay next time.
First, the good. Check in and communication were great. Very explicit instructions on how to retrieve key, park and how to gain entry to apartment. The location was fantastic. It was less than a 5 minute walk (summer time so no ski boots) to River Run Village. Winter time would be an easy walk to gondola. Price was super reasonable and no outrageous cleaning fee (other places wanted $400 for 2 nights). Plenty of towels in the bathroom and extra linens in the closet.
Now the bad. The apartment was hot (we are aware there in no AC up in the mountain) and we did not feel comfortable leaving door open to sleep as we were on ground level. The listing stated the apartment was on garden level and 2nd floor so at time of booking not quite sure where it was located. The obstructed view is a giant electrical box and construction. There were construction workers right outside our sliding glass while we were sleeping and getting ready so we kept shades shut and it was super dark in there. Other notes: terrible smell coming from kitchen sink which is about 1 foot from the Murphy bed so not pleasant when sleeping. The mattress was not comfortable for two middle aged people (younger people who aren’t already falling apart may fair better then I did). Toilet seat was stained and should be replaced. We never did find the TV remote (only the Dish remote). Maybe we are too old to figure it out. Fireplace falling apart. Screen door ripped.
Priced right, needs updates.
