Awesome location the room was very clean and well maintained. Like others have said the Murphy bed was pretty uncomfortable but other than that we will definitely book again.

Overall our stay was great, it’s a cozy little place with many places walking distance. Our biggest complaint was how dark the room was, the two lamps didn ’t provide much light especially when laying in the Murphy bed. Other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our weekend!
We felt very mislead by the posting and this was not worth the asking price. The place seems run down, smelled funky, and was NOT thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the bedspread/pillowcases and ottoman, the couch was clearly not vacuumed or cleaned, there was a ring left inside of the toilet, and the sink and fridge in the kitchenette were not clean either. We didn’t even stay the night!

short stay
This was perfect for the few days we spent in the area
The location of the property was perfect with access to multiple villages and shuttle lines. It was a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants, and more. Check-in was super easy and gaining access to the property was both safe and efficient. The only problem was parking, as our parking garage was often full despite us having a "reserved" spot. Be prepared to find alternative parking solutions.

Needs some TLC. Murphy bed is uncomfortable and needs to be replaced along with the sofa.

Great location and place was fine
Place was as advertised. The pull out couch is barely a mattress so I would plan on accommodating for that. We had an issue with the toilet overflowing on its own and I tried to call Vacasa but I couldn’t get through to anyone. I eventually had to buy a plunger to fix myself. Otherwise the place is about 15 minute walk to the Gondola and you do have visibility some of the slopes from the room.

I wouldn't stay here again
The place itself was ok and in a great location. The furnishings were old and the cushions in the bed and couch were uncomfortable because of that- they need replacing. The biggest challenge was that we couldn't get help from the management company Vacasa when we needed it. Once example of this- on our first night, the parking lot was full and there was nowhere to park our car except for where there were tow signs and it was late at night and there was no one to help. We had to park in a tow spot and bring our suitcases in and hope our car wouldn't get towed. Even the next day no one got back to us and followed up. We never had effective communication with the management and it was extremely frustatrating. We did become friends with the onsite manager and arranged a parking situation that would work but that was outside the bounds of our rental agreement and he was just doing it to be nice (which we really appreciated because otherwise our stay would not have worked!). I will never stay in a Vacasa managed unit again.
Loved the garage parking, although it took us a minute to figure it all out but we arrived in the dark, simple after that.
Room was as described and accommodated us well as we really only used the room to sleep, shower and maybe have a quick breakfast before we would leave for the day.
The Murphy bed, not for me. I would hit the side 3-4 times a night. I don't see the benefit of this style.
Lodge was generally quiet and clean.
Not sure about the TV, the Dish set up didn't work but we weren't in the room often enough to really care. I appreciated the luggage carriers available for use, made the transfer easy with luggage. Room was pretty warm, the in wall AC unit was a bit squeely at times, we just made sure to open the window in the evening to keep things cooler.
All things considered, a good stay for us!
The building is a little dated but for the price you absolutely can't beat it. Communication with property was amazing - they checked in quite a few times and I always had info well before I needed it. Parking in the garage worked well and check in and out was a breeze. They had a liquor store and grocery in the building. Snake River Saloon and Steakhouse is within walking distance. Its spacious - we were very confused as to why they even had the murphy bed instead of a real queen bed. We had a great stay overall!
It was a nice place for the price! In the heart of Keystone. We had minor issues during check-in, but the property manager reached out to us and was very generous with remedies.
Location was fantastic (5 minute walk to village; you don’t have to cross any major roads). Room was large, facilities were clean, and hot tub was open! This place it more similar to a hotel (as opposed to other condos and homes on Vrbo) in that it doesn’t have a kitchen. In that way, I wouldn’t stay here for more than 2 nights, but overall fantastic.
