Charming villa ideally located in a quiet area in Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio on a landscaped plot of 1000m2 close to all amenities (mini-market, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, etc.)
Close (4.5 km) to the magnificent Pinarelle bay and its superb beaches - Palombaggia, Santa Giuilia… - as well as 1km from the Cavu river and its natural pools.
For lovers of mountain and ballads, the departure of the departure of the GR20 is 4 km.
Villa with an area of 120m2 composed of 3 bedrooms with their shower rooms and dressing room:
1 bedroom with queen-size bed (Simons bedding)
