Exactly as depicted

Great location a little off the beaten track, but you won't be sorry. The spaciousness and facilities allow for a great base where you can lounge all day or access the majority of the sites within a manageable distance

What a beautiful place

We visited the house in august 2024. The communication with the owners is really good and fast. The house is modern and very clean. Pool is the best, especially in the summer! There is enough space around the house. A visit to Nice or Monaco will take you about 25 minutes.

Wir haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen in traumhafter Umgebung verbracht. Das Haus sowie die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt und sichtlich mit viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet. Dies liegt mit Sicherheit auch daran, dass die Ă€ußerst netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter den Großteil des Jahres hier selbst wohnen. ValĂ©rie war fĂŒr uns stets erreichbar und hat auf unsere Fragen innerhalb kĂŒrzester Zeit geantwortet. In Summe ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

In den Bergen

Der Aufenthalt war gut, das Haus schön, gross und sauber. Der Pool war auch gut. Leider war das Trampolin nicht mehr im Garten welches man auf den Fotos sieht. Uns persönlich fehlte es an der Weitsicht, aber dies war zu erwarten. Die Einfahrt auf das GrundstĂŒck war sehr gut, Tor und Barriere funktionieren Einwandfrei. FĂŒr einen besuch in Nizza empfehlen wir das Parkhaus Henri Sappia und dann auf das Tram umzusteigen.

Merveilleuse semaine dans une belle villa !

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in de villa van ValĂ©rie. De locatie is geweldig, weg uit de drukte in een oase van groen en rust. Het enige wat je er hoort is het zomerse geluid van de cicaden en af en toe een hond die blaft. Het uitzicht over de vallei verveelt geen moment. De villa zelf is praktisch ingedeeld en voorzien van alle gemakken, inclusief een heerlijk privĂ© zwembad. Elke keer wanneer we aankwamen voelde het als thuiskomen. Een week was eigenlijk te kort! Complimenten voor ValĂ©rie en Stan voor de hartelijke ontvangst! __________________________________________ Nous avons passĂ© une merveilleuse semaine dans la villa de ValĂ©rie. L'emplacement est gĂ©nial, loin de l'agitation dans une oasis de verdure et de tranquillitĂ©. La seule chose que vous entendez est le bruit estival des cigales et les aboiements occasionnels des chiens. La vue sur la vallĂ©e n'est jamais ennuyeuse. La villa elle-mĂȘme est amĂ©nagĂ©e de maniĂšre pratique et Ă©quipĂ©e de toutes les commoditĂ©s, y compris une belle piscine privĂ©e. Chaque fois que nous arrivions, nous avions l'impression de rentrer Ă  la maison. Une semaine, c'Ă©tait vraiment trop court ! FĂ©licitations Ă  ValĂ©rie et Stan pour l'accueil chaleureux !

Super flot hus i idyllisk omrÄde

Huset og grunden med smukke blomster og store oliventrÊer er flot velholdt. Det er flottere end pÄ billederne! Poolen er en god stÞrrelse. Mange gode steder at sidde og hygge, fx grillomrÄdet. Rart at biler kan vÊre pÄ grunden og der kan lukkes af med en port.

Séjour idyllique dans l'arriÚre-pays Niçois

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine au calme dans la villa de Valérie. La vue sur les colines est juste spectaculaire et tellement ressourçante. La maison est décorée avec goût et trÚs fonctionnelle.Les photos du site sont en-n dessous de la réalité. La climatisation est parfaitement suffisante pour dormir au frais. La communication avec Valerie fut excellente et nous avons apprécié les marques d'attention à notre arrivée. Merci à Stan pour son acceuil chaleureux. Un seul petit bémol, le trajet est un peu long pour rejoindre le centre Nice mais une fois rentrés, nous profitions de cet instant magique en pleine nature pour un petit apéritif au bord de la piscine....quel bonheur !!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super Urlaub

Das Haus ist super ausgerĂŒstet, es fehlt an nichts. Mit viel Liebe ist das Haus geschmĂŒckt und viele kleine Details sind aufgestellt. Die Lage ist ruhig und von den Nachbarn hört man nichts. Einfach super.

Villa idéale

La villa est idéale de par sa localisation (sur les hauteurs, légÚre brise, vue agréable) par ses équipements (plusieurs tables pour déjeuner selon la chaleur etc... piscine, ping-pong, intérieur cosy et moderne). Par ailleurs, les propriétaires sont trÚs accueillants aussi bien en amont de la venue pour préparer le séjour que pendant le séjour. Merci à tous les deux !

Environnement baigné de nature et de lumiÚre apaisantes

La situation de la maison, en légÚre altitude, permet d'apprécier à tout moment une perspective de presque 180 degrés, intégrant la teinte des oliviers au premier plan, et la végétation verdoyante des collines qui font face à la propriété. ParticuliÚrement appréciable depuis la piscine. La configuration et l'équipement intérieur de la maison sont trÚs fonctionnels ; Valérie et Sylvain sont attachés à la propreté de l'ensemble.

Villa trĂšs bien entretenue, tout confort.

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines au top dans cette villa avec nos 3 enfants sur les hauteurs de Nice. Tout confort... de quoi ravir petits et grands! L’endroit est au calme dans la montagne. Sylvain et Valerie ont Ă©tĂ© charmants et trĂšs disponibles durant notre sĂ©jour. Beaucoup de choses sont restĂ©es Ă  notre disposition (serviettes de piscine, chapeaux, jeux et matelas gonflables pour la piscine...). Nous avons Ă©tĂ© ravis du lieu, de l’accueil et des services. Tout Ă©tait au rendez vous pour des vacances rĂ©ussies!

Séjour trÚs agréable dans une villa tout confort.

Nous Ă©tions Ă  4 avec nos 2 filles de 10 et 12 ans. La maison correspondait exactement aux photos et Ă  la description que nous en avait faite ValĂ©rie par tĂ©lĂ©phone : Ă©quipements complets, dĂ©coration trĂšs moderne, jardin trĂšs bien entretenu. Nous n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© déçus, bien au contraire. Nous avons profitĂ© du calme de la maison et surtout de l’extĂ©rieur : repas Ă  l’extĂ©rieur sur la terrasse protĂ©gĂ©e, bain de minuit dans la piscine et le jacuzzi. Nous avons visitĂ© Antibes, Monaco, Cannes
.Nous avons fait des marches dans l’arriĂšre pays, mais aussi Ă  partir de la maison tĂŽt le matin avant l’arrivĂ©e de la chaleur. Nous recommanderions bien Ă©videmment cette maison Ă  des amis, et serions ravis d’y retourner un jour.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful place

We truly enjoyed our stay at this modern and very functional villa situated among friendly neighbours but still with a feeling of beeing almost all alone. Wonderful views over the valley below and the mountains in the distance. Excellent pool and a perfect opportunity for relaxing. The boys enjoyed the possibility for working out and a morning hike to the mountaintop (to the right) with spectacular views. Several possibilities for sightseeing nearby. Thanks to the very kind and helpful owners, Valerie and family, for giving us the perfect settings for a wonderful vacation! Kind regards, Helle
