This completely remodeled home gestures gorgeous custom tile, wood floors on the ground floor, and two beautiful outdoor spaces including an ocean view rooftop patio. 3 bedroom, 3 and a powder bath home, perfect for a relaxing getaway.


Staying here you’ll be just a few minutes’ drive to local beaches, golf courses and parks. YOu can even walk to San Clemente State beach, less than a mile away. The popular surf spots at Trestles beach at San Mateo point is just about one mile away, while San Onofre State Beach is just under 4 miles away, making this vacation rental a great choice for surfers and families wanting to cath some Southern California Waves!


Things to know: Free WiFi Full Kitchen Living room fireplace is for aesthetics only and is not operable Parking for 3 vehicles- One in garage and two in driveway Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to reserve this rental and that guest must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian . We DO NOT allow EV charging at this time.

1 Small dog under 25lbs are allowed with an additional $30 Cleaning fee Additional dogs are 35$ per night. Contact for larger dog approval. Dogs are not allowed upstairs on the carpeted area. If carpet is stained due to animal there will be additional carpet cleaning fees.

Great property near family in OC and San Diego, and close to beaches

We loved so much about this property. Clean, well-designed, and convenient to visit family in Orange County, close to many beaches, and surprisingly close to friends in San Diego. We also loved the beach/surf art (especially the mural on the back of the building). Owners were great to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again!

Comfortable and accommodating townhome

Our son was being deployed with the Marine Corps and it was our last chance to say goodbye to him, so the location of this property was ideal. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was much appreciated and the entire rental was very well supplied with dishes and amenities. Loved the roof top deck.

We stayed here to enjoy san clemente beach. The location is great. Neighborhood is quiet. Condo was beautiful and relaxing to be in with everything we needed. They even quickly helped fix the tv that i couldn't get to work properly. Very accomodating place and well thought out to make guests feel at home and relaxed.

Our family of four had a great stay at Trestles Wave House Condo A. The Condo was spacious and comfy! The only downside for us was that it is located right across the street from Highway 5. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. We would definitely stay there again!

Trestles Wave House was the perfect spot for our family wedding weekend in San Clemente. I had to book last minute after another place fell through, and I’m so glad I found this condo! The owners were very responsive to my questions and quick to help with a couple of small things after check-in, which I truly appreciated.The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. The extra bedding provided for my teenage son to sleep on the living room couch was especially helpful. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was spacious, spotless, and well supplied with dishes, glassware, and everything you’d need.I only wish we’d had more time to relax and enjoy the space instead of being in and out for wedding events. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we look forward to booking again in the future!

The living space is open, inviting and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could ask for. They even had sandwich bags and Tupperware. It’s very rare to find that in a short term rental. Those small details made all of the difference for our family. We would definitely stay again!!

Excellent place to stay in San Clemente

This property is clean, well supplied and lovely. Spices, coffee, coffee filters, etc. available. Lot of kitchen pots and pans. The managers are quick to respond to inquiries and check in to find out how things are going. We were delightfully surprised upon arrival to find a welcome sign with a bottle of wine, two wine glasses and a package to make popcorn. Just a lot of thought went into this rental and it is worth every penny. We have recommended it to a friend who lives in San Clemente and can refer visiting friends. The front patio and roof top patio are very nice but, given the freeway noise, too noisy to enjoy.

Wonderful 6 night stay! Trestles "Wave House" Condo A and hosts were awesome! Nice and quiet inside the house, just as the reviews said - no street and freeway noise inside. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, just like the photos. Well located. Short drive for our kids' several surf lessons and Captain Dave's Whale Watching out of Dana Point (must do!). Walking distance to Carl's Jr and Rip Curl outlet and flagship. By all means walk to Primo Foods for Taco Tuesday .65 tacos and delicious fruit juices but prepare for a line out the door. According to one of our kids' surf instructors, this place has some notoriety with certain professional surfers - our daughter's face lit up when he said that certain girl/women surfers had slept in the same bed that she was sleeping! So fun! Epic stay for our kids' spring break - thanks to our excellent hosts - and all the way down to the friendly cleaning crew that we saw on our way out! Well done!

Thanksgiving 2022

We stayed here for thanksgiving and it was perfect! Such easy check in and the hosts are super sweet. They checked in on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The stay was everything we needed to get a good rest at night.
