Short walk to the Beach! 4 bedroom, sleeps 9!

Idyllic beach home only seconds walk to the beach - ONE SHORT BLOCK! Our modern condo boasts 4 separate bedrooms and 3 spacious full bathrooms complete with jacuzzi tubs! We provide a few basics and for everything else you may need, you can walk to the Acme, wawa, or a bike rental shop 2 blocks away! The unit comes complete with an outdoor shower, two parking spots, and a covered large deck!
HIGHLIGHT: Second floor unit with ELEVATOR and lower level bedroom - no steps!

DESIGNATED PARKING AREA for two cars and shared OUTDOOR SHOWER.

With a large covered deck, dining, and living space, you will feel right at home! There is an elevator or stairs to get to the second floor entrance of the condo. From there, anyone with issues doing steps will feel right at home, because there is one bedroom (queen sized bed) and a full bathroom on the same floor as the kitchen, dining room, living room, and patio.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, one with a queen bed and huge ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. The other two bedrooms have another queen sized bed and three twins (single and a bunk bed) and share another very large bathroom with jacuzzi and shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: during summer months, rentals will only be Saturday to Saturday (2pm check in, 10am check out). Feel free to send an inquiry as we may consider shorter/different stays depending on if our family will use the house the remainder of the week.

We provide 10 beach tags ($30 fee for a lost tag), a beach umbrella, multiple beach chairs, and there are typically a bunch of beach toys as well as a beach cart. Bring your own linens (three queens, three twins).

We do have a tension baby gate and a pack n play available upon request.

Great location! Perfect rental for family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family that included a five year old and an adult with mobility issues. The elevator for loading belongings is very convenient, the location is a five minute walk from the beach and the wagon, chairs and beach toys were convenient. The outdoor shower is cold water only and under the stairwell. Kitchen was well-equipped. I would recommend bringing some extra toilet paper and paper towels, but the manager left some laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent, which was great. Location is conveniently located one block away from a Hoy’s, two blocks away from a CVS and a very short drive to the ACME grocery store in addition to being in the same building as an Italian restaurant/pizza place. Management was easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Would recommend this rental and would stay again!

Beautiful, well stocked, spacious Unit in a prime location!!

We had a fantastic time from start to end ! The owner was very easy to communicate with and the unit had everything we needed and then some. It was clean and beautiful with plenty of room for our three young adults/teens and our parents. The covered porch was a favorite gathering spot and the location was perfect - convenient to everything and only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying there again!!!

This was the nicest and cleanest rental I have had in my 8 years of renting. The house came with a book of instructions...and suggestions. I will rent here again for sure.

Great Shore House and Great Location

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything in the rental was great and we found the location to both the beach and short drive to the boardwalk perfect. Even though there was a storm kicking around in the Carolinas' we also found plenty to do ... the Cape May Zoo, shopping at the Mall in Atlantic City and Asbury Avenue , or just relaxing at a large table with board games. We had two young ones with us and to see their faces when they first saw the ocean and sand was priceless. Leary at first but at the end of the day we had to drag them off of the beach. Wonderful location close to beach, park, and numerous restaurants. House had plenty of space for our family, and was very well appointed. Don't let the restaurant below scare you away, as the house is very well constructed and you hear virtually no outside noise once inside. Will book again for sure!
